Giving average rating for now until we are able to actually use the product. Cooktop was delivered in advance of kitchen remodel, so we stored it in the box to keep it safe. Unfortunately, when we were finally ready to install, the product was damaged inside the box. Called Best Buy and was immediately shuffled off to Samsung. Now Samsung needs to send a technician out to evaluate and determine if the item can be repaired or not and if it is even Samsung's problem. In the meantime, we have no cooktop and had to purchase a hot plate just to do some simple cooking. Good thing it's grilling weather. Word to the wise, check inside the box even if it looks to be in good condition like ours was.

I love this cooktop. It is nice heavy cast iron and comes with a griddle that I leave on the cooktop all the time, which I love, because I can display a spoon rest or a bowl of fruit there and it looks fantastic. Spills wipe off easily, and it's powerful. Water is boiling in about a minute. It looks incredible in my new island. Highly recommend.

Great cooktop with WiFi connectivity. Very powerful burners with even distribution. Only thing that would have made it a 5 star would be the ability to shutoff from app.

Best stovetop EVER! Perfect for my space and 5 burners. LED notification on knobs when gas is on takes out the guessing whether its on. I have no need for the WIFI but I guess thats a bonus.

Love having the fifth burner. Its great having the controls in the front don't have to worry about burning yourself by reaching across the stove. I also like the blue light around the knobs less chance of leaving the burner on once you're done cooking.

It's very nice. Works well and looks good in my kitchen.

The item is outstanding it is exactly what i wanted.

This cooktop is superior to our older model. Everything cooks faster and better. The burners are different sizes and the two on the left combine to heat an optional griddle that we use all the time. Every time a burner is turned on, a blue light goes on around the knob. It makes spotting it easier when you walk by. It also looks great when the lights are low or off. Word of caution, when you buy the 5 burner model like this one, you give up a fan in the center of the cooktop, which means you are going to get a down draft for more money than the cooktop. Ouch.

We had an electric cooktop and switched to this gas cooktop. I really like how quickly everything cooks now. It fit in the same spot as our old cooktop. And it’s really easy to clean.

Quite pleased with this cooktop. We haven't needed the middle bunner yet, but it's nice to know we have a powerful burner when we do.

We had a professional stove at the last house and this gas top comes close to equaling it’s power. Beats the heck out of the entry level that out house builder put in!

Cooks very well. The griddle is a nice feature and this works great in any size kitchen. Make sure cabinets are 26 inches high because there is really good heat

It’s a cooktop. It heats up fast and cook food evenly. Had no issue with it for the past two years. Not much else to talk about.

After using this cook top for 4 months, here are the issues I have found: 1. The front panel with the knobs is not metallic material and will start getting discolored / fading rapidly and will look really ugly. 2. The grids are cannot be cleaned easily. Build up on the grids supplied will take a lot of effort for clean-up Given these significant cosmetic issues, I would not recommend buying this product. Go for units that are better designed that don't have flimsy panels for the gas knobs.

We love our brand new Samsung gas cooktop. After upgrading from an electric stove top this new smart cooktop heats up very fast and efficient.

This stove top is well made and high quality. The grates weight as much as a small child but that's good because they are solid and they don't move once put into place.

This is a major upgrade from my Whirlpool. Love the extra burner and griddle. Fit perfectly. Looks great with all the other black stainless steel appliances purchased.
