The gas comes on evenly and immediately. The illuminated dials make identifying which burners are on is a real plus. I tend to leave burners on when an item cooks and this makes it almost impossible to ignore. Great feature. Recommend this item

The fact that it’s a smart stove is a plus although I’m not sure how to use that feature yet. This cooktop is of good quality burners and grates

This Samsung’s knobs light up if they are turned to the “on” position, so you can walk a distance away from the stove and still see that you’ve left one of the burners on. Each burner also heats up whatever you are cooking quickly. Highly recommend.

Really hard to clean. The control panel got discolored from cleaning products and Samsung was terrible on handling the issue. No more Samsung appliances.

Great space and burning power on all of the burners. The only negative is the knobs to smear and spot easily, unlike the ovens. The design of the knobs are great though and how they light up.

Product was out of warranty and repair will cost over $700 with multiple estimates so I’m in the process of replacing. Disappointed with the poor quality, considering the expense. Prior gas cooktop was GE Profile that worked effectively for 16-years. (8x’s the years this unit gave me)

Cooktop was delivered in advance of kitchen remodel, so we stored it in the box to keep it safe. Unfortunately, when we were finally ready to install, the product was damaged inside the box. Called Best Buy and was immediately shuffled off to Samsung. Now Samsung needs to send a technician out to evaluate and determine if the item can be repaired or not and if it is even Samsung's problem. In the meantime, we have no cooktop and had to purchase a hot plate just to do some simple cooking. Good thing it's grilling weather. Word to the wise, check inside the box even if it looks to be in good condition like ours was.

Easy to clean by lifting of grates (3 sections). Attractive stovetop worth the few more dollars than some of the other models out there and a good balance of price, function, aesthetics.
