Do not purchase this cooktop. The finish on the front panel by the knobs discolored in less than a year. We only used appropriate stainless steel cleaner and a microfiber cloth. Samsung sent a tech but refused to repair the discolored panel because the damage is "cosmetic". Part of the reason we purchased this expensive cooktop was the style and we did not expect that to deteriorate in 11 months. Samsung also said you should only clean it with water to avoid damage. Can you imagine cleaning a cooktop with ONLY water? I really wish I would have purchased a different brand.

Had to put the range in the island due to kitchen size so was disappointed with how much more we needed to spend. With that said this unit looks great and was by far less expensive than the other range units. The stainless steel looks real sharp!

Happy with the cooktop. I don't like how when you are lighting a burner, all the igniters click. The middle burner also seems to take a bit longer then the other to catch.

Excellent cook top, plenty of space to cook a large meal!

This is a great cooktop. The knobs have a blue ring that indicates they are on. Easy to see from across the kitchen. Makes me feel safe because I can tell I turned everything off.

You can never go wrong with a samsung product.. Definitely a great choice. We are very pleased with this stove top

I don't know what it is about Samsung but the build quality on this is amazing. Favorite thing about this is the blue light around the nobs. The little details go a long way.

Purchased this and within 2-years one of the knobs began leaking gas. Product was out of warranty and repair will cost over $700 with multiple estimates so I’m in the process of replacing. Disappointed with the poor quality, considering the expense. Prior gas cooktop was GE Profile that worked effectively for 16-years. (8x’s the years this unit gave me)

Adding this to the secondary kitchen. Great product.

Excellent performance, the BTU's are what I was looking for, the one the house had installed was a waste of gas and time, and the wifi feature is great help.

Well designed and quality product. The stainless steel finish looks great and the grates are heavy duty. Really like the blue lights that come on to indicate if a burner is on.

I’m liking this cooktop having to learn a new cooktop but it’s fairly easy seems to take a little longer to cook but the grates are higher than the old ones o had. Looks nice and stylish in my new kitchen

The Samsung-30" built-in gas cooktop is excellent. I especially love how fast it is to heat up. Makes cooking so much quicker.

purchased only 4 months ago, being 12 years costumer with Samsung product, purchasing so many devices from washer dryer, vacuum cleaner, TVs, Family hub refrigerator for my houses and etc.....this is a total waste of money....was putting my whole house on fire....knob get stuck , panel color got changed by normal cleaning....as I trusted Samsung product I did not purchased protection from BestBuy which was a big mistake and that I had to deal with Samsung Does not care service,,,,and then they would send you around the same circle with representatives from random countries and they don't even speak English properly. Wasted my time in total 5 hours now. Best buy please don't sell this. This is safety matter....Samsung does not care and neither they understand that this is supposed to be a device that is messing with Gas and that has to be used on a daily basis. This product only is good for a display house where a builder tries to sell the house. I am totally disappointed with Samsung and will stop buying anything has name Samsung on it. With the experience I had with Samsung Does not care service........

There is a much cheaper version of this cooktop by Samsung, but I decided to go with this one because all of my other Samsung appliances have Wi-Fi capabilities. Upon installaton, turns out the Wi-Fi module fits in the back of the cooktop and will not fit within a majority of kitchens unless you are installing this thing in an island in the middle I had to remove it, and ended up paying extra for a feature that i can't even use. Who can i complain about this? The extra space needed for the Wi-Fi adapted was never mentioned in the specifications.

We had a professional stove at the last house and this gas top comes close to equaling it’s power. Beats the heck out of the entry level that out house builder put in!

It works well. We have not used the wifi connection to it, however, it can be removed if needed. It was easy to install and have had no issues with it.

Amazing upgrade!! Definitely recommend this item!!
