Great oven, lousy installation.

The oven itself seems to be great, but the installation was hugely disappointing. We had a 21 yr old 30" JennAir wall oven, and after removing it, the Samsung was smaller than the existing cabinet cutout. The Best Buy installer did a "temporary install" and said he was referring to another team to fix the installation. We have not heard from this other "team." Very disappointed.

Failure out of box.

I’m not a huge fan of Samsung appliance due to failure rate. But they are ok. The oven had a C-f2 code which meant mother board was failure out of the box. Going through Samsung warranty was ok but not convenient. I will see when I have authorized dealer come out Monday.

BEWARE SAMSUNG DOES NOT SUPPORT ITS PRODUCTS! The day after installation the oven had turned itself on to self-clean mode and burned up the paper and tape inside the oven. A Samsung technician said the unit needed to be replaced. Samsung told me physical damage was not covered by warranty and that they wouldn't warranty the unit. So now I have a wall oven that doesn't work. Home Depot has told me that because it's still covered by the Samsung Warranty they won't cover it either.
