Failure out of box.

I’m not a huge fan of Samsung appliance due to failure rate. But they are ok. The oven had a C-f2 code which meant mother board was failure out of the box. Going through Samsung warranty was ok but not convenient. I will see when I have authorized dealer come out Monday.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

BEWARE SAMSUNG DOES NOT SUPPORT ITS PRODUCTS! The day after installation the oven had turned itself on to self-clean mode and burned up the paper and tape inside the oven. A Samsung technician said the unit needed to be replaced. Samsung told me physical damage was not covered by warranty and that they wouldn't warranty the unit. So now I have a wall oven that doesn't work. Home Depot has told me that because it's still covered by the Samsung Warranty they won't cover it either.
