Water dispenser dripping issue

The issue that i had is that the water kept on dripping from the water dispenser. I have already had Geek Squad come out twice and the issue is still there. Overall a good product but maybe I got a raw deal.

Do not buy

When I contacted Best Buy, they informed me that since it's been over 30 days, they could do nothing to help—leaving me completely frustrated. I then reached out to Samsung, and while they did send a technician to inspect the appliance, the issue persists. The technician replaced the freezing evaporator cover, but the noise is still there. After doing more research, I’ve discovered that this model is plagued with manufacturer defects. I deeply regret not doing more thorough research before spending so much money on this refrigerator. My advice: avoid this product at all costs!

Ice Maker and Smart TV Mirroring

2 Months, already broken down

The ice in the Freezer stopped working 10 days ago and now the Refrigerator and freezer are slowly warming up! We took a chance on Getting Samsung again because we already had one of their older Models that died just before thanksgiving (it was about 8 years old). Lost hundreds of dollars of food, now our food is spoiling again! We are back to Ice and coolers to keep our food fresh. Extremely frustrating, more time wasted! We are heading to BestBuy to see what they can do because our 60 day return window closed yesterday. If you buy, keep an eye on the temperature of both the freezer and Fridge during your return window!! Might save you a lot of stress. One other thing to note, the space between the shelves barley allows a carton of milk or half & half. Annoying but workable

Dead in 14 months

Business Owner-Sales

Had to send a technician. The compressor stopped working. Was supposed to receive a call from Samsung with my options within 72 hrs. No call received and I had to call them, nobody could help me as they showed my ticket resolved and closed. The department was closed and I was again asked to call them back! So we sit here with no fridge after a month with no refrigerator that works.

To set the family hub any compatible iOS or android phone can be used to set up the family hub of the fridge.
