The BEST
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been waiting for almost one year to write this review, because I find sometimes when I write a review too quickly, the item isn’t really worth the review that I gave it. Having said that, this refrigerator has been not only convenient and fun to use with the Family Hub, it is also large easy to find space for almost every size item. The beverage center is amazing! We have always had water and ice in our door, but never want to do that again. We actually have people come into our house who have refrigerator envy, lol. Do not hesitate if you are considering in buying this refrigerator.

I hate that someone left a 1 star review because it came damaged (not Samsungs fault, it’s the delivery drivers) I just purchased this fridge and my wife and children love it!! They loved seeing their face on the Screen. So far the family hub has generated recipes for us, play tv and music, you name it this fridge can do! If I can rate it more than 5 stars I would! Highly highly recommended!!!

Bad ice makers and customer support

The fridge is spacious. the shelving is flexible to fit the food and containers that we’ve had. The flex fridge with bottom french doors as well as the bottom is convenient. Honestly don’t use it much because of how much freezer items we have and just keep instead of switching it to like a wine cooking teacher or extra fridge space. Buying an almost 3k fridge, I would have expected more. We have had the fridge for about 3 years. It is just my husband and I. The ice maker is not up to par with the purchase I thought we were getting. I’ve had to call customer service line multiple times. I had to get the ice maker fixed year two and this year (year three). Mix of the type of customer service help I get. Some are very helpful, others it just seems like just a job. I’ve been transferred to “specialty” reps multiple times because the people who are helping me can’t seem to help. They keep saying that they’re sorry for the inconvenience but don’t actually solve my problem and keep transferring me. The customer service line also is automated for the most part. I kept having to type in the same numbers multiple times just to speak to a real person. The texting line that they say is more convenient isn’t. At the end of their robot sending responses to you, it says type “start” or “yes” to resume conversation. No one replies to you the whole time. I replied yes multiple times over several days. No one answered ever. I had to wait until the day the technician was coming to help. Just to schedule a day for someone to come out, you have to clear the whole day cause they don’t tell you the time frame they’re coming out until the day before. Needless to say, the fridge itself is okay. The company is horrible at support. If you know your ice makers are known to not work well, improve the customer service or don’t make fridges with ice at all. I’ve been without ice for almost 2 weeks now and numerous of calls/ texts to get help.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.my product gives me so joy, every compartment inside my fridge, is very assessable for me to just in reach in it, it helps me keep all my food organize, I love that I have two ice makers with rounded ice cubes, and the Family Hub is my favorite, the different variety of songs I can listen to, I even have a photo album to put all my family pictures on display. I wouldn't trade this one in at all.

Smart’ish

About the size of 1/5 the screen at best and a post a note size the rest of the time. The apps do not all work and samsung doesn't respond or support their products. The water dispenser is so slow it is unbearable. I have no clue why someone would make a dispenser that barely fills a dog bowl before shutting off. The wait is painful. I regret buying this fridge. I will sell it soon and buy a whirlpool or something along with a hanging digital calendar. Samsung is the worst for support. All those apps are just lights. Nothing opens!!

Refrigerator not working for over a month

Our refrigerator cost over $3000 and it suddenly stopped working and we have had a technician come look at it four times already with different remedies and none have worked. We went through the holiday without a refrigerator and now they’re saying we have to go through the new year without a refrigerator. While we have our mother here from Florida who was displaced this is ridiculous! We purchased and purchased all of our appliances through Samsung but I promise to never deal with Samsung again!

Do not buy any Samsung if your power goes out

WRONG This is done buy hitting a certain number of button is a specific order. The only way I found the correct order was by watching a million YouTube videos. I have wasted hours trying to reset it. It is so frustrating!! I am throwing out this 2 year old refrigerator and buying a Whirlpool. My service man said I should never buy a Sumsung refrigerator. Please google problems resetting Samsung refrigerator you will see how common and frustrating this issue is.

DO NOT BUY
