So far, so good. Everything is working perfectly. I like how it alerts when the door is open, and the filter shows the percentage. You will know when the filter is due for changing. Also, with the screen, you can watch some videos .

Excellent choice, beautiful design and large capacity. This refrigerator already met and exceeded my expectations.

The fridge is excellent- It's larger than I expected, but still fit perfectly. The delivery guys were amazing. The issue was that the shipping tape damaged the exterior/stainless steel of the freezer door. I was told they could just replace the door since it was detachable, but Best Buy later said they needed to replace the whole fridge.... 2-3 weeks later. This situation was entirely inconvenient to one move all of the food again, take time off work, remove pet gates again to get it through the space etc, so I decided to just deal with the damage and accept it. Best Buy customer service said they would give me a gift card to cover the damage and cancel the return (this was a hour long call..mostly being on hold). A week later return was still never cancelled by Best Buy- I had to cancel it online because it was still pending a delivery of a new fridge on my account. They never sent me a gift card. So now I have a (visually) damaged fridge that I paid full price. Other than the outside being damaged, it's a great fridge and would recommend it to others.

Awesome gadget that can keep a lot of food cold !!! I really like the screen features, you can put any photo, written notes, inside camera to see the fridge content without opening the door, order food when run low ... and probably a lot more if you're looking for that type of features in a fridge

So far, this beauty has been flawless. Family loves it. From the interactive huge screen, to the 3 different sizes of ice. If you are considering a new fridge, this one is excellent. And the delivery and ice machine setup from Best Buy was seemless.

I think the biggest takeaway from this purchase is that its worth it. I wanted the space and got it. I absolutely LOVE the ice maker. Did I want the fancier one with round ice yes, but this one gave me ice tubs in the freezer section so I'm finally never out of ice! Oh.. and it is nice to see the weather on the screen. Thats about all I use it for. Kids however love putting messages on the screen.

I’ve been using the Samsung Family Hub refrigerator for a while. It is more than just a flashy feature it’s a central hub for managing groceries, syncing calendars, streaming music and even checking who’s at the front door with smart home integration. What I love is the internal cameras let me view the fridge contents from my phone while shopping— no more guessing! And also I can leave notes, share photos, and sync schedules right from the fridge. Spacious layout with adjustable shelves and a sleek, fingerprint resistant finish. What Could Be Better: The left door shelves are limited due to the ice maker, which affects storage. Some shelves are tricky to remove and spills can get trapped under the glass. If you’re looking for a high tech fridge blends style, smart features and family friendly tools, the Samsung family hub is worth considering. It’s not perfect but it’s definitely one of the most innovative appliances I’ve used.

Absolutely love this refrigerator. It is spacious and you can listen to music or watch a movie while you cook your favorite meal. You can also see what's in your refrigerant while you're at work making your grocery list.

So far this is the best Refrigerator ever with all the features. Love the display gets used everyday from calendar, photo gallery, notes and music. Volume of space is fantastic and ice options is over the top.

Such an amazing fridge! Still learning how to use all the features on the screen. Love all the different types of ice and the amount of ice I have at all times! So much room! Just don’t use their delivery team….ruined my front door!

Love the fridge, love the layout on the inside. What got me was the size it requests to fit in does not include the door to be able to open if against a wall. The measurements didn’t put in perspective of the extra two inches needed if sitting against a wall.

The fridge has more space than it appears. We can fit so much stuff in it. Didn't buy other models with bottom ice only as we didnt think we would would only like using traditional ice dispenser but found ourselves using bottom ice most of the time. The family lives the little ice bites. Only issue is that the senser in the bottom ice maker may need adjustment as it sometimes piles to high therefore when you open the freezer drawer ice falls somewhere in the back (this keeps it from being a 5), some day I will need to find those ice pieces and throw them out.

I have been enjoying my refrigerator and freezer. Refrigerator keep food item at excellent temperature. Love the smart features of the refrigerator so much. I am able to play music while I cook in the kitchen using the smart features of the refrigerator. I am able to access You tube while cooking; found different recipe using the smart feature of the refrigerator without using my phone. Excellent choice and I must say that the purchase was a great one.
