The first unit stopped working in less than 2 weeks. Kudos to the Bestbuy team to replace it with the same unit in a few days. The only issue I had was losing a bunch of groceries overnight. Overall plenty of space and family hub is fun. Not sure how reliable but will see soon.

Originally went to buy a 25 cu. ft refrigerator. Best buy assisted me with great service and suggested if i was interested with 30 cu. ft. on this samsung and feel amazed with how much space plus all the great benefit along with it. Loved it ever since it was installed in my home. Would definitely recommend it!!

I love this refrigerator! Price was great. Lots of space and the smart feature speaks to me. Service and delivery was excellent. Best Buy addressed the dented doors immediately. This is why I ordered from Best Buy. Had it been Home Depot, I would have to fight for a resolution.

A great fridge with the communication section. If you knock twice, it shows fridge contents. Pretty fancy.

I really like the look of the fridge but there are three things I don't like: 1. The door doesn't easily close so the alarm is always going off and you have to give it a shove. At least it has an alarm tho. 2. The bottom freezer has a top retractable tray that doesn't always come out automatically when you open it but it's easy to pull out. 3. The water outlet in the front leaks a little. Besides those things, the bells and whistles are nice and I still like it.

This is without a doubt the best appliance we own. Yes was very hard getting it through door. But it does everything shows you inside fridge on the screen so you don’t have to open door. Has something called cool blast which is the Camille you got word at store but you are getting thirsty you turn this on and suddenly your pop will be chilled in min once done turn that feature off again. Alexa orders for U.S.A. plus weighs teams and let you know when it time to get more. Plus tells us expired product. No more getting things out date out of fridge and using it: problem eliminated. Second shelf folds down in four square so if want set something tall on middle shelf you can.this fridge does so many amazing things. Including alerts to phon when door opened. This product worth the buy for anyone who wants one. It’s best thing in my kitchen and all our appliances are smart.this hands down the best. Thank you your Customer.
