Nice oven but the instructions for the special features like Gourmet Cook and Healthy cook are sorely lacking

We love this double oven! It heats quickly, and is easy to use. Only downside is that the clock on the display does not stay on while the oven is not in use.

This was the best customer service for appliances that I’ve ever experienced. The expertise and professionalism far surpassed what I’d experienced with the builds for my previous homes and will benefit my family for many years to come.

Really like the oven, except for two things: one, it's subject to frequent remote access attempts from what xfinity calls a "suspicious" source. Two, we ran the self cleaning cycle, overheated, and won't unlock or turn back on. First repair person was unable to open it, so now we have to wait for a second appointment.

Only 2 stars for this oven until Samsung gets its firmware issue resolved. The oven cooks just fine. My biggest issue is that the latest firmware update broke the WiFi capability of the oven. I can no longer monitor the oven or use any of the smart features I paid a premium for. This has been broken for months and Samsung has yet to fix the problem. Beware if you are buying this oven for its remote monitoring or smart features. You'll be disappointed.

Modern, attractive, cooks much faster than my GE Profile set. Still figuring out the broiler, I've had to lower the rack and reduce to lower setting. Haven't tried cleaning it yet but So far I'm very satisfied.

Love this over . The gliding rack makes it eazy for placing and removing delicate dishes . So easy to clean

Wonderful! I connected to to my phone so I get alerts to what is happening. It makes me more comfortable to be in the other room where I can't hear the oven.

It is a bargain to get this wall oven and we love it. Have been looking for one since we bought the dishwasher and cooktop last year. Now they are all from Samsung.

I love, love, love this oven. It does everything I need it to and more! Easy to set timers and insure proper cooking. Unfortunately this was a replacement for a previous model that burnt out the computer control system. Thank god for my Geek Squad warrantee!

Great oven. love the blue interior light, the controller and how easy it is to use. my roasted chicken comes out nice and crispy every time, evenly cooked.

Oven looks great. It has all the necessary features for cooking and baking. WiFi connectivity is good, but needs improvement.

I love this oven. I am able to use it for 3 separate dishes at once and it works out great. At first it was a little difficult to sync it and find what I was trying to cook/broil/bake, but after connecting it to my phone and reading the manual it was a piece of cake. I can leave the house and monitor it at the same time. Also a HUGE plus, it is so beautiful and I LOVE the black steel, it matches perfectly in my new kitchen.

Didn’t receive double wall oven manual. Tried to use steam bake and it won’t work rightly
