Installer did not so any trim, had to order that after install. Paid for removal of old oven, a MUST. Beautiful black stainless. Matches other black stainless &U black appliances. Love the convection oven in BOTH upper & lower. Cleaning in both upper & lower. Awesome! Timer works & having controls on your phone is awesome. My husband programed it. Happy after 1 month of use.

Beautiful lines, great interior. All the bells and whistles you are looking for. The baking is phenomenal, broiling is wonderful. Even has steam bake and clean settings. I am a southern cook who requires much from my appliances. This answers every call! I cook for 2 to 100 often. This oven is great!
