Not only does it look great and modern, it heats up almost instantly and cooks to perfection. Great double oven.

love the convection and steam features. also converts to 3 separate ovens with insulated shelf in the top oven.

I've only had this oven for a month so far, but love it! Love the dual fan convection and the flex upper oven, so its like I really have 3 ovens. Also the smart control is pretty cool. I'm able to start it from my phone, and monitor any meat through my phone with the meat thermometer.

Love the handle but overall needs updating with knob dials, separate light switch for upper and lower oven. Also recommend bigger display that is touch screen.

We recently purchased the Flex Duo Samsung Wall Oven and have not had a chance to use all its purported great features such as Steam Cook teh Flex-Duo, or the self cleaning option. Perhaps after I get used to it my rating will increase. My big complaint is that the temperature CANNOT be set lower than 175 deg F which is the preset "Keep Warm" temperature. This is really too hot for already fully cooked hot food that you want to just keep warm. I called the company and was told there is no way to set the temperature any lower. There is also a "bread proof" option but the preset temperature is a mystery. I called for support on this to find out what the preset temperature is for this function and was told I could purchase an oven thermometer to find out. It also appears there is no way to set a cook time (when you first turn on the oven) such the it begins timing when the oven reaches the desired temperature. For example, you put in something that you want to cook at 400 F for an hour. If you set the cook time when you first turn on the oven It starts counting the hour then, not when it reaches 400 F. So you have to wait and watch to see when the oven reaches the desired temperature and THEN set the cook time. My last complaint is that with all this technology, it should be possible to set the temperature to change part way through the cooking, ie., cook at 425 F for 15 min then 350 for 15 min. I called support and was told that feature is not available. So again, you have to set a timer for 15 min and then remember to turn the temperature down and reset the cook time.

We replaced our Kitchenaid ovens with this Samsung and we are very happy. Lots of bells and whistles - can't wait to try them all.

Purchase the Samsung built-in Electric wall oven, the product is beautiful, however, the clock will not display continually and aesthetically this is very disappointing. This is a problem Samsung has know about but choose to do nothing about (sad). At the cost of this oven surely the clock should work. This is very annoying and disappointing, because you did not reveal the problem not do you have plans to fix it.

The features on this oven are both impressive and practical. We love the fact that we can cook at three different temperatures across the double ovens. Controls are easy to use. Food bakes evenly. Love the easy glide racks!

Absolutely love the oven. It’s the second one we have purchase. We left the another in the house we sold, this one we will take with us

The Samsung wall oven is a great fit to our kitchen, replacing an aged KitchenAid double wall oven of approximately the same size. The feature set and menus are intuitive, WiFi connection was a cinch though the Samsung app is only a minor utility. The oven heats up quickly and distributes heat much better that the old KA. The FlexOven feature is quite handy and heats evenly. Some complaints were of excessive noise - yes, the cooling fan is somewhat noiser than the old KA, but not noticeably so.

I originally bought it because it looks freaking gorgeous in my kitchen. The same functions help me keep a constant eye on the food especially if i need to step out and pick up my kid. I would definitely buy this product again and recommend even though it is expensive.

In terms of doing what it supposed to do, the oven works great. It also looks great too. Touting the functionality of being able to connect with Alexa, however, is a bit misleading. I couldn’t get it to work no matter how many times I tried. On the plus side, the Samsung smart things app works okay most of the time. Of course, that’s a first world problem I am whining about. Overall, it’s a great product. I am merely pointing out that all of the functionality claimed to be there doesn’t actually appear to be there.

I love it! I have already cooked several things and they have come out exceptionally well as compared to my conventional oven. I can’t ever go back to standard ovens.

The install was the easy part. It will take sometime to understand and use all the features this oven has to offer. Cooking time and method is different than a regular oven, but that is a good thing. The Flex Duo feature has helped a lot. Setting up the Smart Thing was easy and it uses 5ghz.

We loved the styling with the retro knobs coupled with the touch screen. Options abound and food is more evenly cooked. Having two zones in the upper oven offers great flexibility.

Looks great, great manual, the crew did a very good job when installing this unit.

Every clock in every oven sold in the United States stays ON!!! Samsung what happened here because you definitely missed the mark! With a beautiful oven that I can’t enjoy because it does not display a clock is the reason I will return this $3500 wall oven after being installed today! Sad I didn’t know before purchasing! One would assume it’s a standard feature. The sales team had no idea about this feature and neither did installers. I knew it had to be a mistake so I called the 1800 number & it was a waste if time. This is just like saying your oven won’t heat unless you plug it in every time you wanna use it. Clocks have need a standard feature for years to come! Engineers & design team have really made huge mistake! This is very disappointing to say the least. Irritated and frustrated. Samsung provide a update to resolve issues or install new displays monitors for your customers because we have paid a hefty price for a major design flaw.
