We picked the Samsung Double Wall Oven for it is cut out dimensions, as it was the only one that could fit our kitchen. My wife really liked the look and features. Works really good and looks really sharp in our Kitchen. She cooked many dishes and all came out perfect. It has phone app too, but didn't have chance to use it yet. We liked so far and recommend it.

These ovens are great. They work well and easy to use.

I love my new double oven. It not only looks nice but is super efficient with cooking and cleaning.

Smart choice from Samsung for adding Steam oven feature to this models. Steam oven is a must have item for all kitchens.

I love this double oven. You can change the level of the racks easily. The lights illuminate your food items very well and the touch screen is really awesome because its interface is touchscreen it disappears and it easy to keep clean and maintains a modern look in the kitchen.

I especially love the keep warm feature. Not only is it gorgeous but it is easy to use.

I LOVE this double oven. We've had it for about 1 month now and hoping it continues to be one of my favorite appliances. I would like to add that it does hum while it's on (which is why I gave it 4 stars). So, it's definitely not silent and if your dining area is adjacent to your kitchen like mine is - you can hear it while it's cooking as well as cooling. Not a deal breaker for me, however I wish I could make it stop and plan to do some research to see if that's possible.

It is very dark in my kitchen and the handles don't match the other appliances I bought.

The ovens look great and installation went off without a hitch. However, after my first attempt to clean the oven, the oven locked and powered off. After a bit of research I found this was not a one off occurrence. I tried the fixes that were recommended to no avail. I called Best Buy and they said they would send someone out to look at the problem. They did, but it took over a week to schedule the service call. When the technicians arrived, they removed the oven and said it was the thermal fuse. They applied an ice cube to the fuse and it fixed the problem. The advice was to use oven cleaner rather than running the self-clean cycle. Really! Over $3000 for an oven and I can't use the self clean cycle. Found that spot cleaning does not work so decided to try and run the self-clean cycle again. Guess what, same result. Another call to Best Buy and another service call scheduled - 10 days in the future. Ended up buying an oversize toaster oven so I wouldn't be without an oven.

We really enjoy this oven. The convection setting really cooks food faster and being able to control it from my smartphone really is a blessing.

Heats up fast. Even cooking. Love the bottom pull out rack.

So far so good, was able to connect it to wifi and my phone and does what it supposed to do as far as cooking. Have not tried anything with the steam option yet.

Looks like we picked top notch equipment for our Brand new home

Everything works well except for three things; 1. Hot air exhaust is only at the bottom front. No other option - this is not explained in the advertising. 2. Only the top oven has a ball bearing roller shelf. This is not clear in the advertising. 3. Only the top oven works with with meat thermometer. 4. MOST IMPORTANT!! You can barely hear the timer beep in the kitchen. You can’t hear it in any other room!

The oven is great. Has all the right settings, cooks the food well and quickly. My only complaint is the install. The oven with conduit exceeds the recommended install specifications, which makes it difficult to install in a standard 24" deep cabinet space. You have to coil the conduit on top of the oven, which risks vibration when the cooling fans are running.

We are completely satisfied with this oven. Get it now.
