Need tool from Samsung to clean grease that dries during cooking otherwise product has been amazing. I most appreciate the alerts and the ability to remotely control. As a multitasking professional and mother, the alerts help a lot.

Best Buy extended warranty is a plus considering the performance of a competing brand that only lasted 3 years. The Best Buy technicians hauled out the old and installed the Samsung in less than 15 minutes.

Because we have a larger family and tend to cook in larger skillets and pots it seems that the burner elements are too small to heat the larger pan/pot sizes quickly. The other thing we noticed is if the pan isn't completely flat the heating does take a bit longer as well.
