Best Buy did nothing to help me. I had to buy the cord on my own and pay a tech to come back out and install. Thanks for nothing Best Buy.

Hood broke down after two years

All my appliances are Samsung but I am really disappointed with the quality. My hood broke down after just two years. They like to break down after warranty ends. Paid a lots for it thinking u get what u paid. If I guess it doesn’t work with Samsung.

That doesn't seem to suck in all the smell and gets very Smokey

Clean your Samsung range hood and vents
Your Samsung range hood comes with a lot of different parts, so cleaning them may seem overwhelming. However, the hood, vent, and filters can be cleaned quickly and easily by following some simple steps. You’ll just need to carefully remove the individual parts using our instructions, and then wipe them down. Some parts can even be put in your dishwasher for super-fast cleaning.
