Bought this for a remodel works great only used it for a couple weeks then our house sold

This thing is amazing! Gets all of the smoke out and runs on high speeds. Only downside is on the highest level it sounds like a fighter jet

Simple, easy to install. Not very noisy. The lights comes very handy when cooking.

This hood looks incredible and is very powerful. On top of that the LED lights are very bright.

the Samsung range hood is working great. initially we were not sure about the power to remove cooking steam but it has been working great removing all steam and cooking smell.

To use this ductless requires the purchase of NK-AF020FNB/AA, which DOES NOT exist anywhere! I have spent hours looking for it online, on multiple calls and chats with Samsung, and with their spare parts company. Going in circles talking to person after person. No replacement kit or any help offered by anyone. DO NOT BUY this fan if you need the recirculation kit. Also, beware- both Best Buy and Samsung sites will direct you to NK-AF030FNB- I purchased this and it absolutely does not fit. I spent $6k on a Samsung set for my kitchen and am strongly thinking to returning it all now, as I wanted a matching set of which the fan cannot be a part of. The fridge also has issues too, so overall very displeased with Samsung appliances.

It does its job. But I wish the unit could be a little quieter. Installed this range hood in an apartment and tenant loves it and uses it all the time while cooking. Easy to keep clean and use.

I'm not sure if my review is really of the hood as I have not been able to use it. I ordered this in the store and was told it was a re-circulating hood. I was never told there was additional accessories needed. I called the location I purchased it at to speak with the rep that sold it to me only to find that location isn't taking phone calls. I eventually got to a person. After being transferred around four times and about an hour on the phone I was told the part was being sent to me. I provided them the part numbers I needed confirmed what I was being sent was the recirculating piece and charcoal filter and today I received a light bulb (part number not even close). I have now been on the phone for 52 mins again today and rep from Geek squad suggests an exchange for the hood that has already been installed in my newly renovated kitchen. So I now have hood that is basically functioning as a picture and a matching samsung oven that I also cannot use. I finally get to Paul who knows what he is doing and tells me that the part is an optional accessory that I have to purchase. I explained that I was led to believe the part was included. I was then told to go to the store and "plead my case".

This range hood is beautiful. I look forward to installing it soon. But, I am pleased with finding this gem at Best Buy Outlet.

This is a really great hood, that looks nice in our kitchen and with our Samsung stove. The buttons all work and the fan is not ridiculously loud.

I love the way it sits over my cooktop the only thing i wish they make the flute in different sizes rather then having to get a laser cutter to cut it

Very disappointed. The hood range we ordered is stainless steel. While the hood is stainless steel, The duct cover is white. It looks terrible together. We are building a new home and they weren’t ready to install it so I didn’t open it. I purchased this December 14th so I am outside of the return window.

It has three fan settings which moves a lot of air when things go wrong while making popcorn. The light is nice too so that you can see what you are making on the range. Wish there were 2 brightness settings for the lights.
