I purchase a lot of appliances for my business and she always provides such great service to me. She also helped my choose an espresso machine and had so much knowledge in the machine and what it can do that I felt comfortable buying the machine. Horrible hood range

It has been a very bad experience. I believe that this is very misleading to customers. I have had a horrible customer service experience and will never buy anything from Best Buy due to this. This hood does not have an available recirculating kit that is available for customers to purchase (even though it is adverstised as having one). Do not buy this unless you want a nightmare of a customer service experience.
