Microwave with a heating element to brown/broil and microwave. Bottom oven separate with tradition bake and convection options and the ability to Steam the food. Really is amazing!

It's fun to see what she can do with these appliances compared with the old ones. It's like entering the space age, and my wife says it's easier than using the old ones.

We purchased the items on September 8th. We set a date of November 15th, Best Buys driver called in sick that day so our appliances never showed. The rep on the phone rescheduled for a date a couple weeks away on November 25th. I called to confirm that they were coming. I missed Thanksgiving with my family, while waiting at the new build for the appliances. No call, no show. I don't think the rep scheduled it at all. No we're trying to find a trailer big enough to fit all the items so we can drive the 154 mile distance to go pick up our over $7k order so that we are not delayed with getting into our home. You can't call the store to get ahold of anyone, you get to talk to someone in India for all of your problems and they basically just lie to you to get you off the phone. Worst service ever. Buying from them was a terrible decision that we greatly regret.

Worst purchase ever!

The first time and only time I used the self clean option was a week ago. It burnt the entire unit and it is useless now. Samsung won't cover anything since it's 1 year out of warranty. Biggest mistake of my life. Could have burnt my house down.

Steam roasting is awesome

Still have many features I need to try out but pretty impressed so far. Microwave is very large.
