Initially, Samsung was not on our radar when looking for an oven, but it appears to be an excellent product. After 3 weeks of use, we are very satisfied (although we have not used all of it's many features). Both microwave and oven are spacious, it is quiet, and the operation is straightforward. We especially like the knob-less, touch-pad only surface, which makes the combo look elegant.

Looks great, especially in black stainless. No complaints with operation so far with about 3 weeks on it. Having the microwave oven door open down was novel. Wi-fi feature is cool but now my wife gets phone notifications when the "food is ready" so hard to hide those late night binges LOL

There weren't any reviews on Best Buy for the Samsung Ovens when we purchased so there was a bit of concern, but we took the chance. We've now had this combo wall oven/microwave as well as the single wall oven for a little over two weeks, and we love them. The ovens are so quiet I kept checking to see that they really were on. Every thing we've baked, roasted or microwaved has come out perfect. Have baked a couple of cakes, muffins, cookies, chicken, salmon, just to name a few and all came out perfectly. In addition, these Samsung ovens are beautiful and a great addition to our kitchen. We have no hesitation in recommending these units.

Love the combination wall microwave Convection Ovens. Yes Both function as Ovens. So many features! Quiet I do have a compliant with the store in Santa Fe. The installer had to modify the area it was placed in. He spent a total of 5 hours working on the area because the salesman who came to measure did not measure correctly. We were promised a refund check for the additional amount we had to pay the installer. To date nothing has been sent to us. We purchased this oven in February.

Replaced our appliances in May 2017 and bought all Samsung. I had a GE microwave oven combo that needed replacing. After reviewing brands, we went with this. I love this unit. It looks amazing in our kitchen. I also love the blue interior!! I have used the convection microwave once, and it worked great. It was convenient not having to wait for the actual oven to warm up. I always use the convection oven. It’s awesome. I also love the bread proofing feature. The bottom oven rack is strong for heavy items.

I purchased a Samsung model #NQ70M6650D combination microwave/convection oven in December 2019 from BestBuy. It was installed just before Christmas of that year. The price was slightly higher than what I wanted to spend, but I was impressed with the clean lines and all the optional ways of cooking. My family typically uses the oven maybe once a day and the microwave about three or four times per. After six months of daily use, I have formed a “less-than-enthusiastic” opinion of this product. Essentially, it should not have developed significant problems so soon out of the box. First, the convection system does not cook evenly throughout the interior. The oven has a significant hot spot towards the front right. Also, if you have multiple racks of food cooking on the convection setting, the top rack will actually burn well before the bottom rack comes anywhere close to finishing. I didn’t expect to see this since the oven is equipped with a total of two (2) convection fans instead of just one (1), as the competition provides. Apparently, Samsung’s fans aren’t moving any air. Although I’ve never seen temperature non-uniformity anywhere near this bad from Samsung’s competition, it’s not that big of a problem and can be easily compensated for. You just have to remember to move the food around inside the oven, switch racks occasionally, and add a few minutes cooking time. However, the most serious problem with this combo system is with the device that rotates the glass turntable inside of the microwave oven. This device ensures that whatever you’re cooking is evenly heated. If it fails, your food remains stationary on the turntable and part of it will be microwaved to a crisp while the rest could still be frozen. The device is identified as a “roller ring” in Samsung’s service manual. The roller ring is made out of brown molded plastic and has three small white rollers towards its outer diameter and a keyed hub in the center. The hub slides over an output shaft of an electric motor which provides the rotational movement. The problem is that the ring is made out of very low quality plastic and when it eventually cracks and breaks, everything stops rotating. I have attached three (3) photos. The larger two are of a failed roller ring assembly showing the overall size of the part. The third photo shows a close-up of a cracked hub. They always break the same way. Luckily, the roller ring can be easily installed and removed without tools. Unluckily, it appears to break every two (2) weeks. This is an average based on the four (4) rings that have broken in my oven since December. After the first one broke, I contacted Samsung’s Customer Service. They were very helpful and sent a replacement part free of charge. I liked that. What I didn’t like was that it lasted just two (2) weeks. I also purchased two (2) additional replacements from Samsung for $35 each (part #DE94-04028A. Save the number – you’ll need it). They each lasted no more than two (2) weeks. Each part’s hub cracked in the exact same way every time. Note that by this point, my family had refrained from putting anything heavier in the microwave than popcorn. So essentially, the microwave was useless to us. Brand new and useless! So if you purchase this oven, be warned that you will need to spend an additional $35 every two weeks to fix it. In an odd twist to this story, I still have a broken 20-year-old GE microwave in the garage. It was part of the old combo unit I had removed so the new Samsung could be installed. It originally came with a roller ring too. The GE ring is old, slightly discolored, in good working order, and almost identical. Believe it or not, the ancient GE ring actually fits beautifully in the Samsung oven and functions just fine. I’ve been using it since March (about 16 weeks now) and it performs flawlessly. It rotates and does not crack. So if you decide to buy the Samsung oven, I highly recommend you get your spare roller rings either from GE or a junkyard that has a lot of old GE equipment in it. Apparently twenty years ago they figured out how to mold a $35 piece of plastic that lasts longer than two weeks without cracking. Other than that, the Samsung’s steam bake feature is very nice and gets used. The convection feature in the microwave is also nice and gets used too. But all in all, the microwave is the weak link and it seems the corrective action would be so incredibly simple to implement. Just mold the roller ring out of a more durable plastic material like GE did. Done! Until then, Samsung has an inferior product with an avoidable nuisance problem that is going to upset absolutely everybody who uses it. Plastic roller ring breaks with normal use within 2 wks. Samsung needs to make changes in both the roller ring and turntable in order to fix this problem. A new roller ring will only crack in the center again and a person would need a bushel of roller rings as they continue breaking every two weeks!

I recently replaced a 19 year old unit and this one had the best reviews I could find. The oven and microwave and super spacious. The Oven comes with one pull out sturdy rack and other regular pullout racks. The sturdy one is a great addition. The steam function works great but is a little hard to figure out and very loud when drawing water in from the reservoir. The microwave has multiple functions, including a butter softening button. We installed it ourselves and it was super easy. The only downfall so far is that the microwave is loud and the fingerprint resistant touchscreen smudges like crazy. Not a big deal but two minor things.

Replaced my GE unit with the new Samsung combo wall oven. Great interior baked on enamel blue speckled paint and super easy to clean and use. Great reservoir for steaming foods and it’s even wi-fi compatible. Not sure I will ever use the Sabbath mode. Good price. Microwave also cooks convection. Great product

I love this combo oven and microwave. It looks great inside and out. Easy to use, but fingerprints do show up on the control panel. Fortunately they are easy to wipe off.

Great combo. I was skeptical in the beginning as the first oven failed in the initial test after installation. After replacing it, the oven has worked great since then. We use the top oven as both microwave and for baking/roasting small dishes. This works great and adds a lot of flexibility for day-to-day use

We bought this to replace a kenmore combo. We are very happy with the convection and roast feature on the oven. The roast option cooks the meat very well if you like your meat extra well done like we do. The microwave is big and roomy and has convection feature as well. So far we have no issues with either the stove or microwave. Very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend. Installation by Best Buy was fast and tech new what he was doing.

Love this stove! Perfect temp. Beautiful design. Easy to use. It is very heavy so be sure to get a professional to install if you are not handy.

Purchased this unit to replace a old kenmore. The look, sound and quality can’t be beat for the price.

It is nice that the microwave can also be used as a convection oven. I like the sleek look of this oven.
