I really like this unit. I saw it in the store. It has great features. The blue interior is a take it or leave kind of thing. It is comparable to other units out there. The full roll out rack is a nice touch. The handles on the unit are very sturdy.

The Samsung microwave combo oven wall unit is excellent. The style is sleek and helped modernize my kitchen. The microwave is significantly larger than other models. The Best Buy salesman was knowledgeable about the different models and provided good quality comparisons.

We have kitchen aid other appliances, but when our oven gave out we did the research and really felt the Samsung gave us a lot more technology and quality. Looks a little different than the suit, but has worked very well so far.

Have been really impressed with this appliance so far. Looks great and great bang for your buck compared to more pricey units on the market.

Do not buy this product! The coating inside the oven is chipping in random spots. Called Samsung and Best Buy Geek Squad (got the 5-year protection plan) but the response was it is considered cosmetic and is not covered by warranty. The chipping is not caused by bumps to the areas as the spots are all over the door wall inside and oven cavity. Unit was only a few months old when it started and coating should be able to withstand heat. It is an oven! It may look cosmetic but if the blue coating Samsung used for this model has been tested and proven to be of good quality and not substandard, we would not have this problem. Don’t waste your hard earned $3000 for this piece of junk.

I have had 3 Units fail. The first one died at a little more than 1 year. Samsung replaced the next unit has a C-10 error. They replaced this one and I still have a C-10 error. Samsung is going to try again, The worse part is Samsung can't support this product. They have 1 service partner who has only 1 tech in NH. To work on this they require 2 people. So Samsung has decided to replace instead of fix. It is sad that their products are so bad!

Have a Best Buy rep come to the home to make sure it fits before delivery. Only had a short time, looks great and has excellent features. We bought Samsung oven after our positive experience with the Samsung fridge purchase from Best Buy.

Oven installed in March 2020 and after 2 uses it died. Seven repair visits later it was working again. Oven great now that it is working. Small top oven heats up quickly on convection and microwave works as expected. Oven fast to preheat and maintains temp well. Controls are intuitive and very easy to use. Haven't used baking features yet. My only concern is product quality. Repair tech talked about poor mfg documentation and similar problems with other customers.

This oven is great! We replaced a 16 yr old Kitchen-Aid wall oven. The microwave is very powerful and makes the perfect bag of popcorn. The oven is very efficient and easy to use. The user manual makes thing sound more complicated than it is. We haven't used the steam yet, so we can't advise. However make sure the Best Buy delivery guys get the bottom trim piece out of the packaging. It is hidden well. Ours was lost and no one would help us get a replacement. After spending way to much time on the phone and at the purchase store, I had to spend my time and efforts to call Samsung and get a replacement. That's a pretty crappy way to treat someone after they just spent 7k in your store for multiple appliances.

The finish is very appealing and easy to operate with the most attractive inside finish that at first may be a little off putting to some people. Not yet done to much cooking in the oven yet but the microwave has preformed well.

All my appliances are Samsung and this one isn't the exception. Great product, it looks good, it works good and it's the perfect match for my kitchen. I love it and recommended to everyone.

This microwave/Oven is Great. the touch screen reacts Very well to your touch. The microwave works fantastic and the unit looks Amazing in my Kitchen.

So far, so good. Used a few times and still trying to get used to it. I so know it is much quieter than the one we replaced

This is an excellent product. We really love the top oven as it can be used as a microwave or convection oven. You are a new house I will be replacing the ovens.

Love the pull down door and the size of this microwave. It has so many new and exciting features. Reheated pizza today and it was like it just came from the pizza store!

Looks and functions very well and matches well with fridge and dishwasher

Installed into our modern, custom built kitchen. So far runs like a dream. Electronic screen powers off when not in use for perfect sleek look. Loaded with options, half of which I've still yet to use. Might require a few extra steps to get certain functions done than, say, with a push button version, but you get used to it quick. Still figuring out how to get it to WIFI-connect tho. That's been the biggest struggle with it.

Beautiful Samsung 30" Microwave Combo Wall Oven. Modern and clean lines. Baking can be monitored remotely which makes this item fantastic!

Very good buy. I like the set-up (microwave on top and oven on the bottom). I did a remodel. I did away with a microwave above the cook-top and replaced a double oven
