I did not want stainless steel and this black stainless is perfect. Blends into my white cabinets and black and white granite. I ordered in May and took delivery in August. Loving the convection micro. Heats in no time and will cook anything.

First time it ahowed up, it was busted. Had to wait another month and a half to get it in. Other than that, the oven/microwave combo unit has been as advertised

Very happy with purchase- worth the price. Convection works well. Steam setting is a bit unneeded. Would like roller style racks for all, but having one is great. Convection/ microwave oven combo works great, especially on bone in skin on chicken.

Well.....after a complete kitchen redo....I purchased a kitchen appliance set....wasn't looking for Samsung; as i had a bad experience with Samsung Clothes Washer/Dryer set..... With that said, so far so good....time will tell.... My last range was over 15 years old.....so getting used to the new and approved technology was a learning curve.

Large microwave, oven heats very quickly. Looks great in kitchen

I bought this combination microwave oven on 6/20 It staid in the box until 6/27 when it was finally Installed, The Oven did not work, the only thing that work fine was the microwave, Samsung technician came out today and he can’t fix it. Best Buy will not replace it with a new one. So I basically spent 3,000 On a piece of junk that doesn’t work. I am super disappointed at this company, I just bought my whole kitchen from Best Buy, $7,000 worth of brand new appliances I wish I would have bought someplace else.

Beautiful looking appliance for the kitchen. It does take a little longer to warm up then I would like to wait for. Easy digital display.

I have been using this microwave/oven combo over the last few weeks and I really like it. The different types of cooking options between the upper oven and lower oven are great. The microwave power even at 100% power seems to be a little less than what I had before but that’s something I can get used to.

We love our new microwave/oven combo. It looks very clean and the digital touchscreen makes it super modern.

Its a wonderful looking unit loaded with features. However after 6 months it began to smell like it was burning. After microwaving anything the microwave would fill with white smoke and the house would stink. Called best buy and they referred me to call samsung (im on the phone with them now currently 32:02 long). They are scheduling a technician to come and look at it under warranty. My fridge lasted only 3 mo before needing a full control replacement. So far i feel frightened that the mfg warranty is only 1 year for such expensive pieces. I believe i paid $6500 for this on sale. All of my samsung kitchen appliances were boasted by the special appliance portion in bestbuy that seems to be a different company within best buy which doesnt make sense. I would not suggest samsung for laundry, kitchen, audio, or television. they are cheaply made and poorly warrantied. The call center staff is incredibly difficult to understand and have trouble with their system regularly. my current hold time is now 36:27 and he still cannot get the order ticket to process.

I am very disappointed we got the delivery o f our new oven and Refrigerator installation when fine but no explanations about how it work either one we are 82 years old and things are very complicated and sometime spend in our it all work would being appreciated We do not know how it work and could use help in the process
