We were so happy to have a new wall oven with working microwave. it was install on 9/8 and by 9/20 that microwave start/set button stopped working! We have Total Tech and they are sending a replacement, but it will take another 3 weeks!

This product worked for only 2 weeks. Parts/geek squad still can't get a part in to come finish the repair. Thanksgiving is almost here and I still done have my micro/oven working.
I'm beyond disappointed. Horrible service.
