Broke within 2 weeks!

We have Total Tech and they are sending a replacement, but it will take another 3 weeks!

Parts/geek squad still can't get a part in to come finish the repair. Thanksgiving is almost here and I still done have my micro/oven working. I'm beyond disappointed. Horrible service.
