The interior is smaller than a regular oven and it has less features than my stove which I have had since 2015. I bought it online. The bonus us that it is elevated. I nolonger have to bend.

When I placed my delivery, I was told the product would be delivered within a couple of days. It has now been pushed out three times and over a month later, I still don’t have it. I have had to reschedule my contractor three times now too, and as of now, not even sure when it will be installed. The product may be great but that’s yet to be determined. The gentleman who measured and helped with the actual purchase was great though!

This was great until a week shy of 1 year, the microwave just stopped heating. Hoping Samsung customer service isn't a nightmare and will actually help fix this issue. Will be listening to others warnings and not going with Samsung appliances next time.

When a microwave isn't starting or heating, the most common reason is that it is in Demo mode.
You can check the steps to turn off demo mode on the model's user manual link on page 39. We were so happy to have a new wall oven with working microwave. it was install on 9/8 and by 9/20 that microwave start/set button stopped working! We have Total Tech and they are sending a replacement, but it will take another 3 weeks!

Wish there was a one button push to start the microwave. There is only one notification sound that is kind of annoying. Strong microwave tho.

This product worked for only 2 weeks. Parts/geek squad still can't get a part in to come finish the repair. Thanksgiving is almost here and I still done have my micro/oven working.
I'm beyond disappointed. Horrible service.

Thanks to telephone sales rep, we were able to change brands and get a good looking new unit that fit exactly into the available custom cabinetry. The non-smudge stainless steel front coordinates with our remaining kitchen appliances.

Purchased on 5/15 and have had at least 5 cancellations by best buy saying that it will need to be rescheduled. My local store doesn’t even have a phone number to call so I have to drive 30 minutes each way to talk to someone about my order or else it seems like customer support is in a different country. I just want my oven that I’ve already paid for. They told me this model was in high demand so I switched it to another model (still Samsung but the one with steam cook) and that was supposed to be delivered in 2 weeks but they just called me again today to tell me it’s going to be another 2 months! I feel like I’ve been very patient but I’m running out of options. I purchased Samsung appliances for all of my kitchen but now I’m without an oven for 6 months and want all of them to match.
