Upgraded from my 12 year old electric because we wanted to go stainless. Looks nice with the rest of the Samsung appliances. All in all I like this stove with all the cooking options the glass top provides. I have had this stove for about 2 weeks now. Two issues... 1. When preheating and/or baking oven makes a clicking noise which is easily heard about every 15-30 seconds. Of course Samsung told me this was normal. Never heard a stove/oven do this before so still not sure about it being normal. 2. Can take anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes to preheat (450). Previous oven reached temp in about 5 to 7 minutes. Again, Samsung said that this was normal. Recommend to a friend: I am on the fence here. Only selected yes because it does work and looks nice. But the clicking and the length of time to preheat???

First of all fabulous service and delivery. I have wanted this range for a very LONG time. So easy to keep clean, heats fast, even cooking. Okay the oven oh my! Cooking time is less and can't wait to cook pumpkin rolls. I just am over the top. This is the way to go!

This oven cooks very well and the convection is really good. Range top gets very hot very fast. Overall very happy with the purchase. Only con was finding a way to keeping it clean took some research online but now it is easy.

Nice and easy to operate. Cleans up easy. Controls are up front and out reach of little hands.

The oven works great1 The black glass countertop leaves every little dust particle showing. If you don't mind wiping the top often it's a very good oven.

I like my stove!!! It is a good stove for the money, The only thing that I am having a hard time with is.... When I push the buttons( everything is push button, except the knobs) which to me is GREAT. I must not be hitting it in the right place because when I do it does not come on right away. So I try again and then I have to remember to hold it for 3 seconds, Just some getting used to. Other than that!!!! I love it!!! (Please, just remember to use a microfiber cloth on all of your stainless steel appliances, using anything else like a paper towel will leave scratch marks) I have used the convection and it works well. I even used the conversion feature where the oven will convert your regular baking time to the convection time. You can also use the regular bake cycle, which that was important to me to have both. The stove top is nice and easy to clean. Again make sure you use the right cleaners. I don't really think that the burners are rapid boilers as stated. It still took the same time to boil macaroni's as my last oven. Other than that, I think you will be satisfied with this purchase.

this is a great oven and stove top cleans up easily. Best Buy did a great job in assisting with the sale of an oven perfect for my needs as well as the delivery and installation.

awesome convection oven. Never really knew what that was. Used it for the first time and it cooks great.

good quality for a good price. Were looking for nice looking stainless appliances for spec house, and this line of products looks good and the price was right

This is a very good stove, works great. Heats up everything pretty quickly. Its a bit tough to clean, but I may not be using the correct products. Overall I have no complaints.

We love this oven! We can cook either convection or conventional, great feature. The warming burner on The stove top is convenient too.

So happy with my new stove. Love the convention part the best. Dials are nice and big easy to read. The mix of silver and black look fabulous and clean easy.

Convection oven makes save time, but i dont think it works for the even cooking. Recommend to rotate a pan during halfway through.

I have been updating my kitchen appliances, one piece at a time. After getting a Samsung fridge and over-the-oven microwave, I started looking at their line of ovens. This oven has great functionality and looks good with the other appliances. You will definitely need to get some good cooktop cleaner, for the smooth top shows stains, easily. Love the window on the oven door (my 1989 oven did not have this) and the fact that light comes on when you open the door. I would recommend this, for sure!

This is the first convection oven I have ever cooked with and I really like it! I also really enjoy all of the different-sized burners. It's a great stove!

Unfortunately, the first stove that was delivered to me after I had purchased it came damage. The burners did not work, they just warmed up a bit and that's all. So, I went to Best Buy and they immediately schedule another delivery to exchange the defective range. I love the overall look of my new Samsung Range. It cooks and bakes pretty well! I'm very happy with my purchase.

We are moving and replaced our old stove in order to update our home. This stove works fine and looks great. I'm sure the new owners will appreciate it.

Time to upgrade My house appliances Stainless steel is an up keep cleaning and keeping it shiny. Easy to use. Easy clean stove top. 5 stars
