We previously had a Maytag smooth top range, but one of key buttons finally gave out after 15 years. We basically replaced our old range with a very similar one, with only one upgrade - a convection oven. So far the convection oven has worked great. I use a lower temperature (usually about 25 degrees) and the cook time decreases as well. There is a bit of learning curve to adjust your recipes to work with the convection setting. The top burners, especially rapid boil seems to work well and the adjustable size burners have been helpful as well. So far, no complaints.

The jury is still out on this one. It seems like it takes a long time to heat up to the desired temperature. I set it for 400" and it took 15 min. My old range only took about 5 min. It also takes a long time to bring water to boil on top of the range. I don't know if if these are all features of an energy saving stove or what but my old one 15 years old was much faster. Also the black cook top shows everything. They all pretty much had black tops and I did buy it but between trying to keep the top clean and the stainless steel clean its way high maintenance.

I enjoy cooking with my new Samsung stove, easy to regulate temps on top and oven works perfectly , nice even baking. My only draw back is the stainless steel, which isn't extremely easy to keep smudge free, but in my opinion that is with all stainless steel appliances.

Really like the different burners and the oven has a faster cooking time. The cook top is hard to keep clean and shows where you wipe.

The oven/range was delivered as scheduled, however, the oven light did not work. It was a bit of a hassle to get to the right department @ Samsung for service. However, the oven light was replaced and now operates fine.

I love this oven! I'm forgetting things in the oven all the time! I start baking something and get distracted on another task. I love how loud the alarm is and turns off the oven for you when the timer goes off. The stovetop works great too! My last stove was in an apartment though so this is 100x better! The only negative of this product is cleaning the stainless steel and glass and getting both streak free.

Love the way it bakes. Everything cooks so evenly. Not as crazy about the length of time for the burners to heat. up. Even the "fast boil" burner is slower than my old range with coils. But it is so much easier to clean! And it looks great!

I love this oven. I was between this one and the next step up that had the warming drawer. This is the better choice as you loose oven space with the other and no storage. One draw back is that the stainless steel and stove top requires constant cleaning. If you are not willing to care for this great stove don't buy it. Cooking this Thanksgiving and Christmas was a breeze thanks to this oven. One other thing I noticed is that the burners paint is dissipating but it doesn't effect the cooking.

Have been using my stove for 3 weeks now and love it. a little disappointed that there were no sample cleaning products included. Not sure if this was a Best Buy issue or Samsung. This is our first smooth surface oven and we were not sure how to clean it! Also the back burners seem to take a while to heat up. Otherwise great !

I just love this stove.. its very easy to use and the convection cooking cooks my favorite meals in a flash....

I have used most of the features on this range: various burner sizes, convection vs. conventional, warmer, etc. Everything works well and the oven temperature appears to be accurate. The two complaints I have are really nit-picking, but may be important to some. First, there is a red light that indicates when the stovetop is in use, and another that indicates that the surface is hot. The problem is that the "hot' indicator doesn't show which element(s) is hot! My old range that was replaced by this had a cluster of four lights under the ceramic surface that showed exactly which burner(s) was hot. Second, the push-button controls are a little confusing. The timer and oven temperature/mode have separate buttons to active each. There are separate buttons to deactivate the timer and oven. However there is only one button that is used in common to start them! Weird ergonomics.

The oven is working great for my family. Use it daily. Need to take care of the top, doesn't look too durable or easy to maintain. If your careful and take care of it, it will last a while. My wife used the oven to bake the duck. It was delicious!! I give both credit to my wife and the oven. :) Hope this helps.

This range is so easy to cook on and cleaning up is a breeze. The convection mode makes baking really fast!

I am really happy with my purchase and choice of stove. I always buy from best buys because I never have any issues with anything. This stove has been great and above my expectations.

My Samsung - 30" Self-Cleaning Convection Oven does everything I need it to do. The Convection speeds are so much faster than in my old LG Oven. The look is sleek and it fits in well with my other stainless kitchen appliances. The glass top is easy to clean and the dials are very convenient compared to the digital face oven I previously owned. I use it everyday and haven't found one glitch to reduce my rating. I highly recommend this oven.

Fits right in with a newly remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Convection and regular bake oven takes some getting used to but works very well. Burner controls and glass cook top add to the versatility of the of the easy clean up cook top.

The stove looks sleek and functions well. It's easy to operate and bakes evenly in standard mode and the convection option. My only complaint is the black smooth top gets very dirty when cooking and shows a lot of dust so I feel like I'm always cleaning it. Make sure you wipe up after each use and don't wait too long, once the spots dry they're harder to remove.

great stove, great brand, fast home delivery. very sleek and cool stove top. it does already have a couple of food smudges i cant get out but aside from that excellent stove
