It's gorgeous!! I love that I can user the upper or lower alone, saving electricity and allowing the oven to preheat quickly. Sleak design, the ingenuity is amazing!!

What a great oven! Put the tray in and have two ovens at two different temps.. love it.

This oven is the reason why we purchased all new Samsung appliances. Only found two single-size wall ovens on the market that are divided into two smaller ovens. The GE profile one is permanently divided, this one has the option to choose between of one large or two smaller oven spaces. Preheats extremely fast, so far we are mostly using the upper flex compartment, saves a lot of energy. Beautiful appliance.

Love this oven! Just purchased for our kitchen remodel we're still working on and it cooks fast and evenly. I'm very happy with all of the features. Haven't steamed any dishes yet, but did run water through it to try. Very cool feature and can see me using this for my family. Excited to have this for the holidays this year! Can't wait to utilize the two separate compartments for cooking.

We haven’t used it yet, but it’s beautiful and I think we will really appreciate the flex duo feature. Something to note, we had 3 other smart kitchen appliances delivered and installed on this day and we actually have very good wifi and have multiple boosters because of the big house….for some reason our oven had a really had connecting to the app, even though our other smart appliances had no issue. Customer service tried to help and even sent someone out, they couldn’t figure it out. Finally we took one of our boosters and literally put in the kitchen (it was just a room away) and it finally connected. So I would try that if you are having trouble connecting as a possible solution.

Lots of great features...very sturdy and easy to use.

Previous oven was 50+ yrs old so this oven is exciting to use. This was 1 of 3 kitchen appliances bought together, Best Buy had a promo. Enjoy getting notification on my phone and Samsung watch regarding the status of my food the oven. 2 cleaning methods plus a bunch of other great features. Pretty blue interior walls. Great size. Excellent choice!

Looks good and works great. A couple of minor improvements would be good. First, there is no option for leaving the digital clock on the display over 60 minutes when oven is off. Second, the manual is a bit lacking. I.e. the Healty Cooking function has no explaination anywhere. Not even the Samsung chat could explain it. It has no apparent function other than setting a temperature to cook specific items - no time or other explaination. However, otherwise a verk good oven.

Very versatile top with different sizes and the ability to heat one whole section for cast iron skillets. The dual door oven is great too since the top one is smaller and heats up quick which is great for pizza

Love the things it does. For example it has a steam box to fill water to steam the vegetables. Gets hot in just a little bit. Baked very well too

Works great aside from a few flaws. The dual zone is excellent since I use only one most of the time and it preheats fast and saves energy. Cooks well without burning. Like the steam cook function for breads. Temperature seems to drift lower and not correct itself sometimes. I will set to 400 and after 5 min check and it is down to 340 or so. Not sure if it is for energy savings or what is happening because sometimes it is spot on. So now I bump temp up and down using the temp knob (that also has issues registering) every now and again to maintain temp. It is almost like it needs more RAM (yes computer RAM).

It has bells and whistles and I love them all! The WiFi connection is disappointing in that it has little control or function other than notifications of temperature being reached or food is done.

Feature packed. Replaced an older Bosch. Like the split temperature feature, two dials - 1 for function, one for temperature adjustment. Multiple timers. I would recommend it hesitantly since I've had it less than a month

We love this oven. The installation was our only complaint. We also bought a Samsung cooktop and the oven didn't fit initially. The gas line for the cooktop came down too low for the back of the oven. Fixed by using an angle to hookup the gas line. Perfect otherwise.

Now that I finally have it and its installed I am very pleased! The process of getting it was definitely not easy but the over is beautiful and works like a charm!

This Thanksgiving was awesome, having the ability to split this oven into two completely independent ovens made getting the sides & desert ready at the right time "easy as pie" lol. All kidding aside, it cut several hours off of cooking because I could cook different things at different temperatures all at the same time & with multiple independent timers for each item.

I love this oven, I really like that I can cook 2 separate dishes at once.

This wall oven makes my old one look like a toy. The quality is EXCELLENT. Dual Flex 2 separate ovens in one single wall oven. The electronics are ridiculous, Great Quality!!! SAMSUNG is KING

This thing is beautiful and fits right into the kitchen. It's extremely functional and the little details make it worth the purchase. The drawer sliding wrack and the smart divider are great.
