Not a fan of this wall oven. There is just too much going on with it. Samsung is trying to stuff a five pound ham into a two pound bag! The flex zones are small & you can only bake in the bottom zone & convect bake in the top. There are too many racks & they must be in a certain position. So many options that I will never ever use. Thought it was a good idea to have a single oven with dual cooking zones . . . . Not!! Very expensive as well. Should have stuck with a regular wall oven & saved the money.

I have purchased this over as a part of kitchen remodeling. I looked for an oven that will be highly functional as well as good looking. This oven has the "Duo" feature which enables splitting the chamber into two separate parts each has it's own temp control - this enables simultaneous operation as if you have double oven - great feature,

We love our new wall oven, the two zone option is a game changer. There are multiple options for the heads up display that actually helps with your decor look, or you can make it all black until use. This oven along with the cooktop has modernized our kitchen.

Looks sleek, Cooks evenly throughout and some foods I have had difficulty cooking in my old oven, turns out great in this one. It is a split convection oven so at the holidays or at other meals I can split the oven and cook different dishes at different degrees. Love the controls, preheating and the timer. The black stainless is an awesome color. Not just a drab looking black color.

I gave this three stars at this time because the installation that I paid for did not happen. So at this time the oven is not powered and therefore I haven't yet had the opportunity to use it.

I love all its features. The fact that its two ovens in one. It has 3 racks.

The new oven is great. It was installed wrong but they fixed it.

So far pleased with this purchase, but there is definitely a learning curve with this oven. I still need to read up so that I can use the flex component of the oven. I know this is going to be great.

I havent hooked this up yet as my kitchen is not ready. Purchased as a open box for a great price with warranty. So its sitting patiently in my basement till im ready. I can tell you tho that I have cooktop/range combo and my wife loves its. This will def add to the new kitchen design when finished.

Overall the Oven is fantastic, does everything you could ever want...... Except display a beautiful clock full time. It’s quite annoying and collects finger prints just from everyone tapping the screen to see the time. That’s why the 3 stars.

Thought I would love the flex oven part but so far have not had good results. I also can't figure out how to keep the clock on. The timer is awkward. You have to set each time and then press ok and then press start. Too many pushes.

We have waiting about 3 years to amke this purchase and could not be happier with our new wall oven. It looks great and the cook features are great as well. My wife is VERY HAPPY!

Worth every penny and I love the bread proof option.
