Has been a great oven so far. Definitely recommend for the price point and quality.

This single wall oven can be used as two ovens with the dual control insert. Already can in handy for cooking two items at once with different temperatures instead of cooking them separately. Lots of features including WiFi connection. The only thing I miss on my old oven is the heat element on the bottom which makes a better pizza crust. This oven has no lower heat element. Big price tag for the split oven feature.

Terrible! We bought it and less than 3 months later it stopped working. Gave us a sensor error and won’t even turn off. Have to flip the breaker to get it to control a temperature. Won’t go to a set temp and will just get hotter and hotter until you flip the breaker. Manufacturer doesn’t want to help and got the geek squad protection and they won’t help. Worst purchase ever.

This is one smart oven that can be controlled through the Samsung smart app. It just lacks integration with Google home & Alexa. But with an app and Samsung SmartThings integration, most of the features can be controlled from other Samsung devices.

Just went through Thanksgiving with flying colors. The ability to cook two different things at once is a game changer. Everything cooked perfect. It is also beautiful. Would highly recommend. Definitely worth the money.

FAN MOTOR WENT OUT FIRST WEEK. HAD TO CALL SAMSUNG TO FIX.. TOOK THEM A WEEK TO COME OUT!

This oven has a ton of features to cook with and looks amazing. The knobs light up with blue LEDs and there is a nice touch screen for controls. The touch screen allowed to enter the exact temperatures I wanted and time to cook making it easy to follow some cooking recipes. When you first open the door, you'll see the nice blue interior as well. I tried the Healthy Cook setting on salmon and it turned out great. Juicy on the inside and a slight crisp on the outside. There are other cooking settings that I haven't been able to try yet but I plan on it! This was the first thing I tried to cook in the oven. The steam cook feature is great as well and the reservoir is mechanical and comes out at the push of a button on the touch screen was a nifty feature. Having 2 cooking areas with the flex duos came in handy as well. Normally I would cook the chicken nuggets and fries for my kids in the same pan, but they typically require different cooking time and temps. I was able to cook them at the same time and both cooked at the right time and temp. The fries or the nuggets didn't get overcooked this time! Make sure you connect the Wi-Fi feature as well to Smart Things on your phone. Knowing when your food is done while doing other things in the house is great! You can also just check on your phone how much cooking time is remaining. I still haven't played with all the features yet but I plan on it with the time having to remain at home now! Highly recommended arsenal for your cooking needs!

Where do I start. We have owned this oven for 3.5 years. It has never worked well and has many issues that are frustrating. The door has never closed all the way because the screen always pops up and says door is ajar. I have to push in on door every time so it shows it is happy and thinks it is closed. The panel doesn't stay on so you can have a clock on the outside of oven. The pictures show a clock online but you have to touch the screen every time if you want to see it. It reboots at all different times of the day for some reason even though I have the wifi turned off. It doesn't heat up fast and it doesn't cook evenly. I have found that the steam part of it, I never use because it doesn't work like most steam ovens at all. Better to have an actual steam oven or steam oven toaster. The convection doesn't work like you would think it should. I have never had food come out of it like it should for convection. It is noisy. I hate this oven and have hated it the first month of using it and now it is a brick because we won't put more money into it. The fan inside the oven and the front panel are broken as it started to say; screen check(C-A2) and I just found out it is going to cost us over $700 to fix it. I am going to buy an oven that is just an oven. No convection, no wifi, no bells and whistles and one that is under 1k.

I purchase this unit and after just over a year it started glitching. Every time we're using it, after turning it off, the display freezes and the panel stop responding. The only way to make it work again it to restart it from the switch-box. I called Samsung which were quick to claim it's out of warranty. I had the authorize provider comes in for three times and still they the oven doesn't work. I moved to a new house just over a year ago and bought all new appliances from Samsung. Each and every one of them broke (and was fixed under warranty). With that track records I would urge you to stay way from Samsung appliances!

I'm so surprised that others haven't mentioned the loud relay switch clicking noise. Many others have on other sites. Throughout the pre-heating and cooking time, there is this constant clicking noise. Guests ask me what that clicking noise is. Cooking temperature is about 30 degrees off as well. I'm trading it for a LG model.

The steam tray I never use when I was goin tu use is something probably broken inside sound like a gear broken it doesn't work
