We've had this oven installed for a little over a month and we like it very much. The sliding roller rack, steam cook and convection are our favorite features. We use convection almost all the time because it results in better heat distribution and uniform browning. Cooking is predictable. It's quiet and really easy to clean. We purchase this oven primarily because we are updating 20 yr old appliances as we approach selling our home in a couple years from now. It looks great, and I must say "best Christmas ham ever". If it heated up quicker and used less electricity we'd use it more. We still prefer our counter top convection oven for 90% of our baking/broiling needs. Alas, we are a family of two, and usually don't need to use a full size oven.

I bought this in August 2017 (due upgrade work fitted it in December 2017.) It literally broke down Christmas Eve 2018 after barely a year of operation. It started with the 'water drain' light on and no matter what steps or remedies were listed in the troubleshooting guide, nothing I did worked to reset this. Christmas Eve, I went to touch the screen to turn the oven on and it literally went blank after 2 seconds. Again no remedy for this. I had two techs to the house to 're-set' the unit and investigate why it wasn't working. When booking one of the techs, his exact words to me when he heard the problem was, "It's not a Samsung is it, because they are useless ovens?" Both techs said it was not serviceable and required a new part - the complete digital touchscreen at the front. A round of calls to Samsung and their parts provider yielded no help whatsoever and in fact, the parts provider said they didn't even have the digital screen listed as a part for this model. I seem to have no recourse with this near $2K oven and have had to purchase a more reliable GE oven instead. When it did work I found it to be a good oven but breaking down after 1 year of use means it is totally unreliable. Needless to say, I'm extremely dissatisfied with this Samsung oven and won't be buying any Samsung appliances again.

I didn't think I could be this excited about an oven!! WOW is all I can say. When the light is on for you to check the progress of your food, you feel like you are looking through a window. Crystal clear!! Love the steam function. Used it on the Roasting cycle for chicken, and even my husband asked what I had done differently. I can't rave about this oven enough.

Nice and sleek looking to fit with all our Samsung appliances. Feels like it’s a touch colder than temp indicates but when it’s been running for an hour or more, it’s fairly accurate.

Oven heats up fast. Display is very nice, easy to read. You only need a super light touch to make your selection. Very wide oven, easily get two muffin pans side by side. Came with 3 racks, one being the easy glide. So nice to have to to pull big heavy dishes. Cleanup is super easy, both inside and out. Used the Steam Clean which worked great. Has a reservoir on the top of the door that ejects so you can easily add water. Could not be simpler. Have not cooked with steam, but will be trying that soon. Air vents out the bottom. Fan runs a bit after you turn off the oven. Not really a big deal, not loud at all. Beautiful blue interior, simple to use, highly recommend. Hope for many many years using this oven.

We purchased the combo microwave/wall oven AND this single wall oven to replace our older appliances (see my review of the combo elsewhere). Two things: there were no reviews on BestBuy for the Samsung ovens, and the reviews of several other brands for the single wall ovens complained that the single ovens (in two of the other brands) were very noisy. We took the chance on the Samsung and love them. Both ovens run so quietly that the first few times we used them, we had to check to make sure that they were really on. They were. The results for every food have been excellent. They work as advertised, they are quiet and they look amazing. We bought these in stainless but still have a black dishwasher and a black cook top, so the black glass in the center of the ovens tied in with those appliances while updating the look of our kitchen with stainless steel. We are very happy with our choice and have no hesitation in recommending.

I enjoy cooking for a large family and having this second wall oven is wonderful. The black stainless makes such a beautiful appliance. I love it's full size and how it can accommodate several cake pans in one bake. I make wedding cakes and this oven bakes evenly to perfection. I'm so happy I chose Samsung.

We installed this oven in our new kitchen, together with a set of other Samsung appliances. Installation was fairly straightforward. The only issues we faced were with the face plates that didn't fit our situation perfectly. We installed the oven in a base cabinet, not a wall cabinet, had had to cover the space above and below the oven with fillers. Also, note that you'll have to remove the door to attach the bottom screws to the cabinet side walls. So far, I have used the oven to bake sourdough bread, banana bread, brioche, veggies, and head up food. While I still have to experiment with the different convection and steam settings, I have been very pleased with the results and the usability so far. One of my favorite and unexpected features is the smart home integration. With my current setup, I receive notification on my phone as well as my Samsung TV when the oven is done preheating or the timer expired. Although not a problem for me, I was made aware that for some people and some installations, touch screens might not work as well. I have not and will try not to use the self cleaning functions, since, according to reviews, those often lead to device issues which often cannot be repaired.

Fantastic! We absolutely love this oven purchase. Everything cooks true to temperature required. Oven takes no time delay in reaching desired temperature selection. Oven cleaning is as easy as the touch of a button.

I really do like this oven overall, but it does have one big issue. The touch screen was a selling feature for us, but sometimes the touchscreen does have an issue where it won't recognize your touch the first time. You'll have to press it a few times or it's slow to respond. This can be an issue because if the screen goes out then there's no other way to use your oven. So even though the oven looks really nice and sleek, you should really think hard if a touch screen in necessary for your oven. Other than the touchscreen issue, the oven performs as it should.

We got this oven prior to Thanksgiving because our older oven just wasn't working too well. The Best Buy installers had this installed in an amazingly short time & walked us through the controls so we could use it for Thanksgiving dinner. This unit is easy to operate & cooked the entire meal to perfection. I recommend this to anyone searching for a wall oven.

Installation was easy, controls big and easy to use. Unit heats up fast and is right on set temperature. First cake turned out better than past effort. Was very happy with results.

Excellent oven that has performed perfectly in the time we have used it, about a month. The features all work well and we have come to depend on them. Nice getting text alerts at the various stages of baking. We have not tried all the features yet but intend to.

I am loving this built in oven, have had it a few weeks now. The front display is very user friendly and bold (blue). I’ve tried the steam bake, convection oven and convection roast and bake. The steam bake required me to read over the user manual, but I figured it out. I’m honestly not sure that I see a difference between the cooking methods, but I’m still experimenting. I did get a greasy spill from Christmas Eve roast and used the 2 hour self-clean, results are amazing…looks like new. I tried the built in thermometer, but haven’t figured it out yet. I’m hoping to make that work so I can temp my meat as I cook. The racks glide well and it just feels high quality, overall.
