I really liked it, until it stop working. Long story short I need to replace inside panel. It’s going to cost me $250 and thats just the part.

Complete stovetop stopped working after using it just 2 times. Awaiting samsung servicd since was past besr buy return date but still withjn warranry period of 1 year.

Broken after 2 months, took service staff 4 trips whole month to replace all the parts to fix it. Have to use camping cooking kit instead like a joke. Now after 14 months broken again, and out of warranty, I am using my camping cook kit again.

Works like it’s supposed to. Much quicker than regular electric. About as fast as gas.

They were kind and didn't handle things recklessly.

Broke within the first month. Got an error code and need to get it repaired. Took forever to boil water. Do not buy.

I bought this after having a portable induction cooker which cost a great deal less. Inexpected this to have equivalent functionality, such as bein able to set the temperature in addition to setting the power. Also the wifi capability is pretty much useless. You can see which burners are on and at what power level, but you cant swtch them off or adjust them from the app. Other than that it does what an induction stovetop should, boils water very quickly.

Purchased 12/2023 it stopped working today 03/05/2025. It displays an F0 message. They sure dont make products like they used to !

Used this in a home with people with disabilities so they won’t get burned when cooking

Overall a great product. Controls take a little time getting used to how they work. And the spacing between burners can require careful pan selection so they all fit if you use 3 or more burners at the same time, but everything else has been great. Heats much faster than the standard electric top it replaced.

Love love this cooktop! It is so easy to use! We had a different brand in our last house and pleased with the price and the features of the Samsung!

e just remodeled our kitchen and knew we wanted to go induction. with an employee perk program discount and the reviews on this cooktop, it was the obvious choice, and it hasn't let us down. it is so quick to heat up -- no need for an electric kettle when the old one boils just as fast! the temperature controls are precise enough to get your pan to the right temperature, and like a gas stove there's no carry-over heat from the electric heating element to keep you from cooling your pan down when you need to

My cooktop lasted only 1 year and 9 months before displaying error code F0. I contacted Samsung, only to be informed that the product was out of warranty. The proposed repair involved replacing two circuit boards at a cost of approximately $800, which is comparable to the price of a new unit, around $950. Furthermore, the repair would come with only a 2-month warranty, making it an impractical investment. When I initially called Samsung to schedule a service visit for the error code, I was charged $100, but all they did was ask for the error code over the phone without performing any actual service. This felt unreasonable, as a reputable company would have provided that information over the phone without incurring a charge."

The installer did a good job. The product is easy to use & looks nice. It is also very nice to get the free Circulon cookware set. I have had the cooktop for less than one month. One of the previous reviews said it broken down within 3 months. I hope that was just an exceptional case & that particular issue is resolved to that customer’s satisfaction.

Great cooktop. Heats fast. Cools fast. Seems to cook food faster abd better.
