Excellent product. The free cookware that comes with it is a joke. I have sent several emails and made several phone calls all they can tell me is they will process my request in 3 to 11 weeks. Still waiting.

Worked well between April and November of this year. Was boiling a pot of water and something inside the glass popped and made a bright flash while also tripping the circuit breaker. Turned the breaker back on and it instantly flipped the circuit again.
Went to file a warranty claim and Samsung said that my warranty had already expired so now there is a 2-3 business day wait so that it can be verified. Not great.

Disappointing at best

On our third try for not getting a broken induction cooktop when picking up at the store. Do not recommend purchasing from Best Buy, quality control is not their priority. If this third one actually makes it to us not broken, we will update the review on how the actual item performs.
