The installation was a bit challenging as it took time to understand the template and how to use it. A 2-3hr installation max for DIY, but highly recommend!

The opening in the cabinet and the shelf were for a larger microwave oven so it took some adjustment to get the oven centered in the hole, but the Trim kit is large enough to cover the larger cabinet hole without problem.

With that being said, I went to return it. The store will not take it back, saying that I tried to return it, I in my possession in my home. Please help!
