We are impressed with all the features and how clean the outside stays. We have a small house - the 2 guys that delivered and installed were very patient and took their time making sure nothing was damaged in our house or the fridge. Bonus points because the dog can no longer open the fridge door!

However, the ice maker is terrible enough that if I had it to do over, I would try a different brand. The ice maker is slow and it fills so high that every time I open the freezer, ice is pushed behind the drawer. Sometimes it ends up on the hardwood where I can pick it up, sometimes it ends up under the fridge, and most of the time it collects under the drawer where I can’t get to it. I have never seen this kind of silliness and it completely takes away from all the good of the fridge.

Difficult to find fridge with french doors that is a smaller size. Older condos are not designed to allow room for larger refrigerators, so glad Samsung still makes them. Very satisfied with product.

Had to wait another week to receive a new one. Second one seems to be working ok. I don’t like the fact that it does not tell you the temperature, it just has a low to high bar like a cell phone would for reception. Very roomy and deep. Fits in my space well. The ice maker works well. A little too pricey, but I have a very specific, tight space with weird dimensions, so I was forced to go with this one.

The fridge is used more so why not have it on the top for less bending each day. Even having the freezer on the bottom doesn't exclude having an icemaker, which is a must and if you need the extra space you can turn off the icemaker and remove the tray to store more temporarily. Great 2 layer design makes it easy to access all of your items in your freezer. You with love this refrigerator. Samsung is a great and reliable brand.

It was one of the few french door style refrigerators on the market that would fit in the space I had in my kitchen. I like all the features, especially the ice maker, which is highly productive. I've seen reviews that claim this fridge is loud. I don't think it's loud exactly, it just makes a different kind of noise than I was used to with my old refrigerator. I think we will get used to it easily.
