Do NOT buy a Samsung refrigerator. If you look online people will back up what I’m reviewing. There is a flaw in the way they designed the ice maker in the refrigerator area. After a year and out of warranty, our ice maker freezes up at least once a week. We have to either chip out the frost or totally defrost it with a hair dryer. We paid over $3000 for a counter depth and its literally JUNK. Don’t make the same mistake we made.

This fridge is perfect for our needs. It's a beautiful combination of black and stainless--will go well in any kitchen. If you use tons of ice, be aware that it only makes about 120 ice cubes in 24 hours---other than that, it's ideal.

Bought this to replace a 3 year old 30 inch from sears that gave me so much trouble and sears was no help. fit that smaller space and has so much room plus a lower ice maker. then the delivery to the back woods of Wisconsin spot on time and service was great.

The color is great, the noise is friendly, the interior lighting and shelving style is very practical. Adjustable storage on doors and banquet platter drawer all beautifully lit. Makes going to fridge easy to find stored items.

The fridg is wonderful. It is making a little strange noise - but I am thinking it is warming up - so I will give it a day or two to see if it continues.....but the fridg is great! The delivery man were very courteous and knew what they were doing. GREAT JOB!

Easy to reach and eye level shelves, easy to clean. I like the hidden ice maker. The sliding drawer within the freezer makes it easy to get to frozen groceries in the lower drawer. Love the alarm that lets you know that you left the door open.

Love it. Spacious and great for our condo. Fit perfectly in the kitchen and matches everything else we have bought in Best Buy.

This is a pretty basic fridge, but with a beautiful finish. it's a smaller footprint (in width) so easy to fit through smaller doors. With saying that it seems to be incredibly deep so there's a good amount of storage.

So much space. The lighting is great. What is not good is that the ice still tastes bad. The installer told me to let it make ice for 24 hours to clean out the new lines, then dump and start over. Well, it's been making ice for over a month and the ice still has a very bad taste. Something will have to be done about that.

Fit perfectly in a smaller size kitchen space. Looks great. Makes an older kitchen look a bit more modern.

Just received my fridge and am happy so far. however I experienced the fridge nightmares since my old fridge just stopped working for no reason. When I reached out to BB I was directed to the manufacture based on lapse of warranty of my old fridge and that's when the nightmare's began. Samsung then referred me to a service center that from the beginning seemed suspect. They advised me to wait for them to call/email me over a 24-48 hour period for a estimate. Ok I have melting/spoiling food in the meantime and cannot wait. so I reached out to the service center and no answer not even an answering machine, so I proceeded to look for another service center and was alarmingly given an estimate of hundreds of dollars without even had seen my fridge. I then kept looking online for another center and found the service center that Samsung referred me to had a Better Business Bureau report against them. So I went ahead and opened it and discovered that they had over 144 negative reviews and charges against them. At this point I was lost for words. I realized it was time to go shopping for new fridge to avoid getting beat for a repair. At the end I am happy I did because I have a new fridge in opposed to an old repaired fridge. I will take this experience as knowledge for future.

I had a limited height for my new refrigerator. It seems most refrigerators made today are over 68” in height. I bought this refrigerator unseen. Refrigerator works great. I am pleased with the purchase. Not sure if installers adjusted the doors correctly, my other refrigerator the doors open wider and the top freezer drawer pulls out each time which is also different than my last refrigerator. I will need to read the manual. It has a good amount of space.

Love this fridge. Ultra modern design. Quiet running. Keeps everything cold and fresh.

My whole family loves this fridge. Food doesn't spoil in crisper because it's in plain view. Temperature keeps food fresher longer. Light in fridge illuminates entire contents, and light in freezer is a bonus.

Bought it to fit a certain area, works well, easy to reach into without bending over, plenty of shelf space, good ice-maker, have only had it for 2 weeks, cannot comment on how durable, but based on last 2 weeks I am very happy.

This is my first stainless steel french door refrigerator. I like the adjustable shelves. The size is perfect for the space.

I wanted a French Door refrigerator but my space was limited to 30". The Samsung refrigerator fit the bill and the cubic feet of 21.6 provides a great deal of room. It runs very quietly and the ice maker produces ice rather quickly. I purchased the black model to match the other appliances in the kitchen, it looks great!

Runs quiet, lots of room, nice finish and love the French doors...Bottom freezer, only was to go. Great overall product.
