The amount of space in this is amazing and love having different kinds of ice. A few things I don't like are the way the water drips from the ice/water dispenser and the ice crusher is slow and makes very irregular sizes, with some of the crushed cubes looking fairly intact. But overall pleased with the purchase.

Dual Ice maker is what we were looking for. We use to have a counter ice machine which was a pain but love the ability to make additional ice. Refrigerator has a lot of room. Only negative is the shelf placements inside and delivery was not ideal.

I love how fresh this fridge keeps all my groceries, there's plenty of space for what we need its overall a great fridge for the price, only thing i would change is the left door does not stay open like the right door does.

I upgraded to this fridge after I had my other Samsung refrigerator for 10 years it still ran and was functioning fine I installed it by myself I took the doors off and it was a fairly easy process I like the easy off flip tabs on the top doors just dont lose the shims for so your doors are aligned when putting back together. I like the lighting its nice and bright to see items. NOISE -seems to be really quiet when on I wish the drip tray would of been a tad larger under the water dispenser. The ice maker is really slick even though it didn't come with an ice scooper. The door fridge handles are not installed you will have to put them on just dont over tighten per instructions. Everything in the fridge has plastic protection its about 5-10 minutes pulling plastics.. Great refrigerator for the price seems efficent I would buy it again the darker plastic trays in the doors is a nice touch..

I love the refrigerator! Having four ice options is amazing, keeps everything cold and keeps me happy! Highly recommend!

Just got this fridge a few months ago. It is beautiful on the outside and inside. The two difference ice makers in the freezer is very nice. Lots of room as well. Would recommend.

So far the fridge has done very well. the ice makers are on point. The top shelf is a tad flimsy so we make sure to put only light items on the left side but the most heavy items like eggs on the right. a couple of the shelves can be changed though we just kept the default layout it came with. The bottom ice maker and included a scoup that rests in the slot make for it to rest are great and we interchangeably go between the smaller and bigger ice on a regular basis. Small for kids and bigger for our tumblers. The water dispenser is nice and quiet. We like the door alarm and the connect to wifi used to alert the app whether a door has been left open and when it's closed. The fridge does not get very cloud. so far, we have not seen the past issues with the top icemaker but it's still new to give a better judgement on that. We did get the warranty in case something happens. the bottom freezer has a lot of space and we like the fact that the drawer in the freezer can be moved to get to what's below it. Parent benefit: Front doors are magnet friendly Any controls for refrigerators on on the inside right door as well as any controls for all 3 ice makers

I wanted to love this fridge. It was laid out similar to the one I was replacing. It added water and ice in the door that I didn’t have. The two types of ice in the freezer compartment sounded nice. And at first glance, the upper fridge compartment was laid out like what I was used to minus a little bit of space for the upper icemaker. But that shouldn’t have been a problem because my old fridge was 27 ft.³ and this one was 31. But due to the icemaker in the top and the plastic for the chute, the inside of the left door is not super useful for most objects. Some of the shelves are such weird little L shapes or the very bottom ones are practically unreachable as an adult. I can’t even see them when I’m standing in front of the fridge. The drawers can’t be removed easily without banging into the doors, because the doors don’t open wide enough. And my biggest concern is the shelf in the center is only adjustable to three positions and even at the tallest settings you can’t sit a gallon of milk, a 2 liter of soda or anything tall in the fridge at all. If you want to you have to use the little collapsible shelf that makes room for tall objects and block everything behind it. You also sacrifice more shelf space then for the shelf above. Also, the center shelf is in two pieces split, but you can’t adjust them to separate heights independently because they need to attach to each other. I’m finding very quickly that my flexibility in space utilization is very low with this fridge compared to my old one. I moved all of the condiments that used to live on my doors into this fridge and only 25% fit back on the doors. And most were too tall to fit on any of the other shelves either. You’ll just have to look at the pictures I included… the last one will be a picture of my old fridge which is 4 ft.³ smaller but when I put the same amount of stuff in it feels like it’s only 50% full. In this fridge, it feels completely full like there’s no more room.

I love my fridge, we recently got it- maybe around a month ago and I have no regrets. It is very spacious and functional, the stainless steel looks modern and sleek.. immediately gave an upgraded look to my kitchen! I have gotten several compliments from friends and family from when they’ve came over to my house. I love the different compartment sizes, how the shelves are adjustable, and the drawers are spacious.

It's sweet! Has a lot of space. The layout / design of multiple doors and shelving makes it easy to organize. You can reach in and grab what you want without having to move things around, even when its full. Like the icemaker and door dispenser. Looks sharp too.

This fridge was our first new addition to our kitchen makeover and has been in use since day one. It’s capacity is amazing and it’s organization and utilization of every space inside is genius! Who thinks this stuff up? We are looking forward to many years of care free food storage!

So we’ve had this refrigerator for like a month and a half now, and so far we have not had any issues. I thought it was just as big as our old one but it seems like we can put more in it than the old one. I’ve read other reviews before we purchased this fridge but it’s been great ever since. My kids love that there’s two ice makers. The freezer is capacity is huge. All in all, this fridge was a great purchase! So much space!

I love this refrigerator; everything stays cold. There is ice through the door and two ice trays in the freezer, one for small cubes and one for large cubes. The ice containers are large with lots of ice, and the refrigerator makes ice quickly. The sphere ice refrigerators make only a few pieces of ice per day.. I love having three ice trays full of ice at all times, with a quick refill ability. Two trays of storage in the freezer is also nice on tray slides back for access to the second tray.

I do like the refrigerator, it is spacious, bright, I like the refrigerator being upper part and the freezer being the lower part as I have had a side-by-side in the past and did not like it. I did have to get a service call on it because there was an issue with the water on the door. It came out very slow and it did not stop once the cup was removed but the technician that came out fixed it and I am very happy with it now

I’m an old timer, not easily impressed, certainly not by an appliance, but my husband and I, after having this refrigerator for a month, are still saying “I love this refrigerator”! The interior space is great, the full bottom drawer allows us to easily see the cheeses and meats for which we’re using it, and best of all, the two ice makers ! We honestly didn’t really take note of that feature, or give it its due credit, when we selected this refrigerator/freezer combination! Now, we’d never consider buying another without this and are recommending it to everyone! We live in Texas, always carry a water bottle and we use a lot of ice! The convenience of filling our water bottles from the ice bins in the freezer vs. the external dispenser, saves so much time! Just love this refrigerator/freezer!

Great price for this Samsung refrigerator and the guys that installed were so helpful , considering it snowed that day.. We really appreciated their help and expertise.. So much deeper than our old GE fridge and very efficient. Dropping ice is a little loud but it all works great..

We went there looking for a large capacity fridge with a bigger freezer. We didn't want the side by side again. And our sale rep helped us a lot, eas very knowledgeable of what was in stock. So our experience was fast and gave us a great deal with delivery in 2 days.

Great refrigerator my only issue with Best Buy is the gentleman scraped my new wood floor when I went to the store I was basically told call this number. They did not want to help or provide assistance.
