I love the TV.. Needed something for the gameroom and this is perfect. It is used mostly for gaming but if the grandchildren want to watch cable or movies they can.. I have the same TV as a Smart TV and love it too but they do not need all the Smart TV has to offer. They are very content with this TV. I have switched from Sony to Samsung for the picture quality.

Lightweight. Good price. And from the car to Living Room and in use? 10 min. Couldn't have been easier.

I bought this TV for a friend. It was an excellent value, has a great picture and was easy to set up.

Basically, I had a 19" tube in the bedroom that finally crapped out on me and needed a replacement. I already own a 47" LG LED and a 42" RCA LCD for my living room and man cave, so I wanted something smaller that I could carry with me over to a buddy's house. This TV works great! The picture is clear and my wife loves that you can adjust the brightness of the backlight (different from the brightness of the picture) so she can have it on when she goes to bed without it disturbing her. The main issues I would say I had with the TV are the volume and the noise it makes when turning on and off. When using the remote, the volume has a way of running away on you when trying to make minute changes. But that still isn't difficult to work around. I'd say the most annoying (more so to my wife) thing is the chiming noise that goes off every time the TV is turned on or off. It's such a strange feature and can't be disabled, not that I've found at least. The one thing I wish it had was an optical audio port buy this isn't the biggest concern either.

We have finally broken down and bought our first HD TV. This is a great purchase for the money invested. The features of simple assembly of the stand and hook up are wonderful. The colors are super whether watching TV, Blu-ray disc or even our older standard DVD's. I am definitely satisfied with this product and would recommend for a first time HD TV buyer or anyone for that matter. Great picture, great sound, and great quality!

This is a good tv for under $300. The picture quality is very good and can be simply adjusted with a push of a few buttons into a "Dynamic" or "Movie" picture quality screen. The weight and size fit well into my unroomy bedroom space. The assembly and set-up was simple out of the box. The base is stable so it won't tip over easily.

The picture quality is very sharp. The inputs/outputs are compatible to USB devices. The Controls are user friendly.

We purchased this Samsung LED TV for our bedroom. It's a perfect size and has great picture quality. Only drawback I can comment on is the sound - not as rich as I had hoped but that could be due to fact we have it plugged into a basic cable box rather than a HDTV Converter. All in all, I was thrilled to get this TV for the price and would recommend it. This is our second Samsung TV.

This is our 3rd Samsung TV. It isn't because the first 2 failed, but because we have been so happy with the quality. We also have a Sony, but the Samsung has been superior in quality and performance. We have other Samsung products in our home after awful performance with their competitors. We have been hugely satisfied with all of our Samsung purchases. Definitely recommend.

Samsung is a great brand. If you don't care too much about having a Smart HDTV, then this TV would be right for you. It's just you basic HDTV if you just want to watch your shows, play video games, or watch movies. It's pretty much affordable. My mother enjoys it very much.

Selected this to mount on wall between our open kitchen and dining room space so we could swivel the tv and watch from either room. Size is good for this - large enough to be easily seen, not so large that it gets in the way. Like the picture, color, remote is fairly intuitive.

Bought this TV on sale back in November when BB included a $25 gift card for store pick-ups. Together, that made the price on this quite cheap considering the positive reviews and apparent quality. The TV has had somewhat limited use since being bought being placed in a 3-season room in winter. The TV speakers are fine for me, not nearly as bad as some have claimed/experienced. Still, there is no audio out connection for external powered speakers if that is what you wanted to use. We don't have it connected to cable, only to a Sony DVD/BluRay player and we are pleased with the picture it gives us. The Sony gives us Internet connectivity so no need for that to be duplicated with Internet through the TV itself. Sound is output to Energy speakers through an Onkyo receiver so the quality of the TV speakers is a non-issue up to now. The TV is on a stand for now. Given its weight, I would think it hangs on a wall mount pretty securely if that's what you wanted to do with it.
