Had no trouble connecting to my Netflix account and other aps. This was an open box purchase online and certified by the Geek Squad. Was told would be ten days till delivered. Ordered on Thursday and had it on the following Monday.

Great tv for a small price

Picture quality is excellent and it was super easy to set up, less than 10 minutes. And no problem with accessing onscreen apps, including Netflix.

My sister is a broad and care home and needed a TV that was of good quality but not a huge screen. This worked out perfect. A breeze to set up and the picture quality is excellent. Would make a nice computer monitor, too.

Excellent Smart TV by Samsung
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this TV for my mother to replace the Vivio which never was able to connect to the wifi. Samsung instantly, and easily, connected (same location). She is able to push a button for Netflix to switch between regulat cable TV, On Demand, recorded shows and Netflix. Easy. The picture, sound and close caption all work well. She is pleased and I am pleased.

Love the quality picture

We use this in our bedroom and I like to turn it on in the morning while getting ready for work but always have to hunt down the remote! Our last model had controls on the TV itself--a lot more convenient for my purposes.

The picture looks great and the Smart TV online features have worked flawlessly so far.The only down-side would be the sound quality of the speakers, but with a TV this size you can't expect much.
