Samsung TV has very clear picture. Easy use, so light that you can carry it with one hand! Pleased

BB had my TV cheaper than competitors, it arrived before its scheduled date, which is always a plus. I've always favored Samsung products (and haven't changed my mind) clear picture, love that speakers are in front (so no sound bar needed, per se). It was in excellent condition for an "open box" item no scratches etc. easy set up. I'm enjoying it's clarity, audio and all that this TV is.

First and foremost I love Samsung. This TV was exactly what I was looking for: A secondary TV that had built in wifi and "Smart" technology to be used primarily for gaming. I did not want to have to buy a Roku box or other accessories to access Netflix ect. Also this is a full HD, 1080p TV in a size that most TVs are 720p. Very sharp picture and great for gaming. With the size of the TV the lower refresh rate is not noticeable.

Picture quality is great, light weight, easy to operate. Smart TV features easy to navigate. Only slight concern on sound quality. Overall very happy with my decision to my this product, and would recommend it to others.

I purchased this Smart TV as a Christmas gift and the recipient was extremely happy. The set up was quick and easy. The picture quality is really great, vibrant, rich, sharp colors. The fact that it displays true HD 1080p picture quality really makes a difference! The apps are very easy to navigate. This is a great TV and for the price, you simply can't beat it. Highly recommended!

Great unit; amazing sound and picture quality; simple setup; very user friendly

You'll have to forgive me for this review because I'm no expert on TV's. I think this was a decent TV for the money. Although I am far from adept at the latest technologies they made it fairly easy to navigate setup and operation. We'll see if this lasts longer than the LG TV that went out after 1 and 1/2 years and BestBuy had to replace.

Gorgeous picture, easy to navigate, and obviously very slim and lightweight.

Bought this 32" Samsung for our bedroom. Very happy with the picture and sound quality. Super easy to set up with the two HDMI ports, and the "Smart" capability is very easy to navigate. I would definitely recommend this TV at this price point.

This was a gift to myself for the holidays and I am beyond happy with my purchase. I loved working with the best buy team for my purchase and I love my TV in the end from the quality to the use of apps. Samsung is the way to go. I use it with my android box and my Apple TV box...it's drama-free! Easy to use - my nieces and nephews are between 4 and 15 and they all love the TV.

This smart TV works great. I bought it as an additional screen for my laptop computer (which I also bought at Best Buy), and it's super having a giant monitor on my desk. Since it's a smart TV, I can jump directly to high quality viewing of movies and videos online as well. I love it. Best purchase I made i a long time. Quality excellent, intuitive to understand how to use.

This is our first smart TV, and we are really enjoying the smart. TV functions. The TV was very easy to set up. The picture is great, but the sound is barely loud enough to hear, and we are not in a large room. I've been looking for a sound bar, now that football season has started, but it's hard to find one for this smallish TV. We want a table top set up, but the little feet that support the TV pretty much mess up a table top setup. Can anyone suggest a reasonably priced option? I got this TV at a good price, but I'm now faced with the need for an expensive additional gadget in order to be truly satisfied with it.

Needed an additional TV, and didn't want to pay a lot. After reading a number of reviews, the Samsung 32" seemed to be the best choice. Best Buy had a Smart version on sale, so it was an easy decision. Great picture, easy to set up Smart functions. Would highly recommended this model..

I bought this as a secondary TV for gaming mostly. It is one of very few in its size that is Full HD ( 1080 P). Most TVs 32" or smaller are 720 P. The picture is very sharp and the refresh rate is perfect for the screen size. I also purchased this TV because I wanted to experience the Smart TV. I bought small due to my space available for this TV and for its size I couldn't ask for more.

Bought for my Dad for father's day. Big enough doesn't need to sit close, picture so good he doesn't need glasses. He loves it and keeps raving about it. He's so happy...seriously. Man likes his new TV, what more do you need to know.

Excelent easy to use and perfect image,good for the price

This is an excellent tv with crystal clear colors . It is easy to setup and the remote is easy to understand for our 90 year old mother. The downside is the sound. its very tinny and has no adjustment to take the treble sound out and add bass sounds to mellow. My cellphone has better sound than this tv. We are still satisfied with the ease of use for the elderly.
