We got this since we have Samsung Smartphones. We trust the brand. Great little tv. Only issues we have are every now and then it turns itself off in the middle of a movie or show we are watching. The HUB can be slow at times. Overall, we will definitely be upgrading to a larger Samsung Smart TV.

Didn't realize I needed a HDMI cable for HD picture, wish sales person had discussed this with me and not assumed I knew. This is my first HD TV so I didn't really knows what I was doing when I hooked it up (I'm 78 and just learning!). Guess I'll know next time!!

Purchased this tv for our Master Bedroom and it's perfect. Perfect size, quality is great, sound is great. We primarily stream Netflix and have had no connectivity issues. Very happy with this purchase.

It was everything we needed and more! All the features I required and easy installation.

It's easy to set up the directions are easy to follow it's great for a single person or for the kids or for the entire family it's wonderful I didn't ever think I could get something this good this price

Got thus tv as a promo for buying a Samsung S7 edge. Lost my old monitor to the kitchen and a fire tv stick! So when I got this TV I said let's see how it'll work as a monitor. Though it's only 780p it looks great! Multiple windows aren't crowded, and the sized is perfect! Thanks Best Buy!

I use the tv for spare room and love it, I just wish I had got a larger tv.

This was a replacement for a bedroom. I don't use it much, but it appears to work fine. I've watched Netflix on it once. It took a few hours after the initial set-up to work however, once it started working no problems noted. The picture is good, but sound quality could be better.

This was the second Samsung Smart TV I've purchased. This one was a smaller one for the bedroom with the idea of not needing to run cable to the bedroom because of the abundance of APPs available. Overall this was a brilliant move. We can watch about 80% of what we watch on our main tv. The one negative is the new SmartHub. I don't know if its simply a new version or a version for smaller tv's but its not as good as the one on our 4 year old Samsung Smart Tv 48'. It seems to offer less apps particularly the one that lets you stream videos, pictures, and music straight from your computer. Overall a great tv but the new smarthub was a little bit of a let down.

Got this for free with my S7 Edge. I replaced the smaller TV in my bedroom with this one and use it exclusively for Chromecast. It looks great to me. My only complaint is the HDMI ports facing straight out makes it hard to put it snug against the wall.

This 32" Samsung is perfect for our small guest room. We easily loaded Netflix on, but haven't tried other "Smart" features. The picture is very good - 720P is plenty of resolution for a small screen. The sound is also fine. Setup is very easy.

I bought this to use in a bedroom so most important to me was picture quality which is excellent, However I was surprised at how flat the sound was. If I had the same program on in the kitchen on my 20" Insignia and walked into the bedroom the difference was striking to the point of annoying. No amount of adjustment would improve it. I purchased a basic Vizio sound bar and with a little research found that I could program my Time Warner remote to control the volume of the sound bar and leave the tv volume off. I didn't compare the sound to other options so I would pay more attention in the future when looking at smaller tvs.

I love this tv. Especially the smart features. I can play videos from a usb stick or through the wifi from my phone or computer. No wires. I can even watch streams from webpages. Only issue is that its not 1080, but its not a big difference to me anyway.

When I upgraded my phone device, I received this tv for free. I must say, i absolutely love it. This tv is actually a replacement tv for the old tv that i had in my bedroom. I like the ease of using the tv for Netflix & not having to connect to my xobx.

We didn't actually purchase this tv, we received two of these tvs when we traded in our smart phones for a new S7 for a promotion that was going on at the time. However, even though we did not purchase the TV it was on sale for a great price at the time and for the price it is a good tv.

My very first smart TV. Excellent crystal clear picture, OK speakers, sound bar is next purchase. Nice sized remote, just a 5 minute set up for Wi-Fi. There is a built in e-manual, very handy, never have had to call customer service, it's that easy.

I received this when I purchased a new Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. I had done a ton of research between this tv and a non-smart Samsung TV also 32". So glad I picked this TV, great upgrade from the TV I replaced this one with that was about 10 years old.

I love all of the products I have that is made by Samsung. TV screen size is easy to watch even though its small. I have three Samsung TV's now and have had no problems with any of the televisions. I highly recommend this TV for a second Television.
