Samsung Products are Great

Internet connection missing
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When we tried to set up the “smart” part on the TV we could not find a source for the internet connection. We were first told it was a mislabled model number and it had no Smart hub. The Samsung rep said to take it back to Best Buy. Best Buy looked at it and said it was Samsung’s problem because it was more than 30 days old. We were then told By a Samsung customer service rep that it was a software problem and we need to have the software upgraded and installed. I am still waiting for the thumb drive with the upgrade. Verdict is still out.
