Not what I expected of samsung
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm a Samsung fan from the phones down to the appliances HOWEVER, my recent purchase of this TV has me second guessing. The sound is entirely too low (sort of giving you no choice but to purchase a Samsung sound bar) The wifi connectivity is slow and sometimes doesn't even connect, and the controller doesn't work well at all! Definitely a no for me. Thinking about returning it

Samsung- never lets you down, not even grandma

This was no different when grandma asked me to find her a new tv for her bedroom. No really fancy features to get confused with, about as plan as you can get. Some may say partial things about that but for grandma it was as simple as they come. Grandma now has her own tv in her bedroom where she can watch old people stuff and drink her morning coffee.
