Image quality is better than what I expected. Came with remote. The only thing that was missing is a power cord, which I found one around the house.

Much too slow

By the time you select an app and then select a user and select a program it takes forever. I’m going to try plugging a Roku stick in and see if it’s any better. I had seen some reviews saying it was slow but that’s being kind, I would not buy again despite the fact that I wanted a Samsung, it’s just too slow.

1. Check for firmware updates – Keeping your TV up to date can resolve many performance issues: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
2. Run Device Care – This tool checks system memory, frees up cached data, and closes background apps that could be slowing things down: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care
3. Cold boot your TV – With the TV powered on, press and hold the Power button on your remote for 5+ seconds until the TV restarts. This helps refresh the system.

This TV is a Full HD TV (1920X1080 Resolution). For the cost, it is worth getting for an additional TV or a replacement.

Great 32” Samsung Smart TV

It has all but eliminated the frozen screens and being kicked out often. It’s hard to find a small screen tv that can handle multiple streaming services but this does the job well.
