This TV is great...the picture quality, the ease in operating are much better than my previous TV.

In time, we are hoping to cut the cable. This is our first LED smart tv. It is replacing a 1980's RCA 9" diagonal screen tube tv! We look fwd to learning how to use Netflix and other apps so we can view the stations we like via Hulu Plus @ a lesser cost than cable tv. Our cable bill went up $132 this year! This tv's sound is great. We are low tech seniors and had almost no trouble setting it up, except for pairing the cable co.'s remote and Samsung's remote with the tv so that both remotes could change the volume (but not the channel!). Over the phone, our cable rep helped us set that up! Great colors! Look fwd to the huge learning curve that will be ahead of us in learning how to use all of the options this tv provides.

Great picture, easy setup. Connected right up to my WiFi home network and steamed Netflix without issue. Audio could be a little better, but not too bad. Bought while on sale. Great price.

Bought to hang on the wall in our office. Great Samsung picture as always, light weight and easy to handle. Our second Samsung tv, always a great product.

This Samsung 32" Smart TV is a wonderful 32" TV. Beautiful picture, and if necessary, easy to adjust using the MENU and TOOLS buttons. The 'only' hangup I have with this TV is there is very bad glare from the light through the sliding glass doors. Other than that, it is very nice.

This is a lot better TV than i anticipated. Right out of the box the picture was wonderful, but had to tinker with it alittle bit to get the brightness up. Had to do a software up date out of the box as well. Love the smart features ability

Great quality / Great price! Verry thin and easy to set up

I purchased this set for my parents. This TV was the perfect fit for my parent's family room. Anything larger than 32" would be too large. I am very impressed with the picture and sound quality. My parents also own a 65" Sony. Other than the size difference of the two sets the biggest difference is the way the Netflix menu is navigated. The Samsung's is superior. I personally own two Samsung 40" sets and Sony 40" and 55" sets. The Sony's may have a very slightly better picture quality but not enough that I notice anything lacking in the Samsung's picture quality.

Purchased this for a bedroom after having owned a larger screen Samsung Smart TV for several years. Wanted smart capacity for the event of cable cord cutting. Same easy set up, excellent picture color, apps/WiFi respond quickly. Like the larger Samsung, volume & sound quality might warrant a sound bar; unnecessary for late night bedroom viewing, however. This TV does not disappoint & Best Buy price was exceptional. .

We bought this TV to replace an old 'box tv" in our office. It has a great picture, is light weight so it was easy to install on the wall mount, and the controls are simple and easy to use when switching between the cable and smart tv features. We priced this model before purchasing and Best Buy had the best price. I would recommend this TV to anyone needing a new TV.

Perfect for my kitchen. Wasn't sure it would fit near my cabinets. But I wanted the larger size.Because the base is from the center of the TV I was able to fit it on the counter. Like having a 1080p smart TV. The smaller size 28inches was not 1080p. I really like this tv

Great little TV where living space is limited. Very clear and life like picture. Comes ready for use with outside providers like Netflix, ect. Good buy. Nice sales person in Cadin.

Had just the exact cabinet space for this TV. Did not want it sitting out in Living Room. Everything is good with it. I especially like ease of changing channels. Picture & sound quality.

A great TV for the price. Excellent picture quality and easy to use remote. The built-in Smart TV capabilities are limited as you might expect. However, what it can access, does work well.

Bought this for my husband and he loves it. Also bought wireless headset to go with it. Great picture and sound. Easy to use features. Easy to set up.

Picture on TV is great, good set of input/output options, etc... I am a Software Developer so I tend to do fine setting up my own toys, but I had some trouble with smart hub. Not really a fault of the hardware itself, but Smart hub was a pain to setup, it refused to open any apps (including the main smart hub apps screen) without going to the app search and typing in the name. I had to find a way online to do a hard factory reset on the TV via a key combination on the remote. After that it started working great as intended. Probably not the norm but worth mentioning.

Love this new 32 inch SMART TV from Samsung. Looks great and worked like a charm right out of the box. I have it by my bedside and watch it every night with crystal clear 1080p Netflix. Love it!!!

Picture clear. Setup easy and straightforward. The only thing I didn't like was how TV mounted to the pedestal. That part seems cheaply made and difficult to get level and even.

I love all Samsung products, especially their tvs. This one has a great clear picture and was easy to setup with Netflix and Hulu. Great size for a bedroom or small living room.

Crisp at 1080 resolution. Beautiful colors. I attached a non-powered Insignia TV antenna and I am receiving many channels over air (many subchannels and a lot of old movies). With Smart HUB, I elected Accuweather, YouTube, and TuneIn, all working fine. I was able to connect my HP laptop via HDMI after some fidgeting. I also used screen mirroring pairing with my Samsung S4 smartphone (no sound, not impressed by it). Very good speakers. However, I am still unable to get Smart view 2.0 software. Excellent bedroom companion at a great price (~$280).
