This TV was recommended by the Best Buy sales person and he really knew what he was talking about. Easy to set up. Great picture. I am a novice to technology, but set up was easy for Netflix and Amazon Prime and don't know why I didn't do this sooner!

Excellent update product to current highest tech

The Samsung was an easy install, has superb picture quality and features even compared to other similar competitive TVs, great range of brightness, contrast, sound, etc. The built in sound quality is very good without added equipment. I'm very happy with it.

He likes the picture quality,and the clarity that is in the hi definition games,but has told me that it takes several minutes for the screen to warm up,and it shuts off a few times until it does. I have noticed that the picture is slightly cartoonish up close,but beautiful at a distance.

We love the features it has like being able to watch Netflix. The menu features are nice, however, I would like it if the sleep feature was accessed by one button on the remote control. A great picture and sound-a good purchase!

Great tv for my smaller room space
