Pucase a flat screen with installation. When the installers arrived they told me they couldn’t install it without wires showing as it was over a fireplace. Im not a professional but i knew it could be done. Theyclearly just didnt want to do it. I hired someone else and they had it completely up and running wires in the wall with 30 min. BestBuy needs to better vet their vendors as they are representing your company. This is not the first time I’ve had a problem withe a delivery/install

The tv wasnt so great when it worked. Decided to purchase it as a christmas gift for my teen. Bought it last minute on the 24th. Gifted it to him in christmas day, today is wednesday and there is an error warning woth a picture. Everything else is unreaponsive. Cannot play video games, cannot stream, and its not even worth the trouble to figure out whats wrong with it. Save your money and time. This is trash.

It’s a nice tv BUT it makes a whistling noise when it’s turned off. Very annoying and I have to shut off the power strip that it’s plugged into in order to stop the noise. Don’t buy it

This TV was cheap which was why I went into my kids room, walked into their room yesterday and only half of the screen was displaying. No cracks or any exterior damage showing it was my kids. TV burned out

I like my TV it has all the apps that my Blu-ray player did not have so I can now stream all my streaming services.

Haven't watched this TV too much just yet, but it looks very crisp on HD broadcasts, nice size for small area, 720p adequate for 32" size. Very easy to set-up--once you figure out how to get past the wireless networking screen! I don't have WiFi or home internet, but the TV was picking up neighbors' signals, so I had to play around with the remote to figure what button to click to get on with the over-air/antenna channel scanning. That process took several minutes, but the end result was I was able to capture the expected over-air local stations. There is a USB port so you are able to download updates at a PC and bring your USB drive home to load the updates (the updates available at this time related to networking, so I haven't bothered to install; TV works great with antenna so far!). The only thing I miss about these newer TVs is there are no buttons at all, my older flat panel has at least a few on the side. This means if for some reason you don't have a good, fresh set of batteries for the remote handy, you might be out of luck until you run to the store (I've had problems with batteries that were still in-date, if the batteries aren't 100% fresh, the remote doesn't operate properly and the older TV goes haywire--which is why having at least a couple of buttons on the side would be nice!). Love how lightweight the TV is, weighs less than my old 26" (but please note, the TV really needs to be secured for safety if you have pets or kids around, I could see this going over pretty easily).

I recommend this 32 " Smart Samsung TV! I purchased it for my spare bedroom, The set up was very easy ! I'm 70 years old and had no problem get the apps download to my Home Apps. The picture quality is also very good.

I love this Smart TV. At first I didn't care for the stand, but it fits perfect on my dresser. I love all of the features this has and at a really good price too. The color and picture are awesome and you can change a lot on this for night time viewing too.
