It was very simple to set up, her and I did it together in about 15 minutes. The picture quality is so crisp and clear. The apps and features for the tv are a plus as well. She can mirror her phone, play music from her phone, the Echo, or the tv. Sound quality is very good, no distortion detected on higher volumes. I would definitely recommend!!

Small in Size, Large in Performance

I needed a smaller TV to use in my kitchen area that could sit on the counter. I did not have to give up qualiity to buy this. The picture is excellent.

A lot has changed since I bought my last one. The person that assisted me was very helpful and answered all my questions. Unfortunately, the TV was not in stock. I ordered it online and the system said it would arrive that afternoon. It did! Best buying experience in a long time.

Smart vs dumb

But it is not easy to set up a smart tv unless you have good knowledge of the technology etc. You need to provide a written detailed manual to help set this up correctly. Still trying to get PBS!!
