I especially thought the installer was very professional, i.e., on time, efficient, and helpful explaining the new features. So, home run for sure!! Now if only I could get the same service from Verizon....

Great TV

The TV works well, the quality is great. We don't watch TV much and it is mostly to play video games or watch streaming videos and it is perfect for that since it is a smart TV. The only con we encounter is when we wanted to mount the stand to the TV, the holes for the screws are VERY tight therefore a regular screwdriver can't go in.

My father bought Samsung a couple of years ago and love it. So I decided to take a chance & loving it since purchase. It works with my Samsung phone as a remote when I don't have the remote in hand. I still have to get used to navigating as this isn't a Roku tv but can download apps just as well. I'm a happy camper.
