My son tried to have a TV repaired that was not a Samsung. And the TV repairman told him Samsung TV is the only TV that you can afford to repair. All other TVs it is cheaper to buy a new one.

Easy setup & operation for a non tech person

The quality is excellent, and the setup is fairly easy and quick. The only thing I preferred on my first TV, was the single pedestal as opposed to the two separate feet on the new one. It fit better on my TV stand.

I have several cell phones, laptops, and tablets made by Samsung and they are very good products. So far this TV has been very good in quality and sound. I believe it will last for years. We are satisfied with our purchase.

Excellent picture clarity and very easy to use and set up. No complaints!

Great smart tv great picture but terrible sound.

The picture is much better than the 2012. Works fine. However, the sound from the microscopic speakers was terrible. I had to buy a soundbar in order to enjoy it.

Good , basic small TV

So far, it works well. Had it set up to work with Spectrum last week. Picture quality is good. Sound may be a bit tinny. Good buy for what is is and where it is to be used.
