We were replacing a low end 32” Samsung from Amazon in the kitchen. It was great while it lasted but it only lasted 2 years. Mom wanted a 4k tv in the kitchen and to fit in with everone elses 4k. A 32” on an open counter was all that would really fit, look nice and still be a ‘kitchen’. I had no idea but for the price of this tv you can get a mid range 65” so right off the bat there is that to consider. $450 is a good sale, $475 is a basic sale and $500 was what most everyone was charging. (Summer 2024). She was space limited and it was important that she have a 4k as well. If it wasn’t for my mom I probably would have gone a different route because of the price. This one as you may find is pretty much the only 32” 4k tv out there and I was very happy to see that Best Buy stocked them, but is it worth the extra money… As far as picture, it definitly looks better than a 1080i / HD tv.. Some say you cant tell the difference at this small size but I can tell and she can tell that the picture is significantly better than the previous HD samsung 32 she had in there, we were very pleased. Sound isnt something we are into but it seems to have the same functions as other high end Samsungs. She does like playing around with the sound. We have not tested it as far as dvd, blu-ray or stuff. We just use it for over the air and Netflix and it performs as expected there and exceptionally well with a 4k signal. Whether a 4k signal is sent or not it still looks very good. We have not really tested any upscaling on this unit, the Sony UBP-X700 M Blu-Ray player will do that should we want to hook it to this tv. Well, I didnt want to bother Best Buy about it so we sent the 1st one back to Samsung because (in our opinion) it was getting too hot. I also asked a tv tech about it and he said that was too hot and would diminish the lifespan. I used a temp gun and it would reach 115 in two places on the front screen. Samsung seemed to want it back right away. Either good service, known problem or to stop an issue quickly, I cannot say but we sent it and they sent back a pic with 107 or 105 from their temp gun. Either it didn’t get hot or they just left it on for a short time, I dont know. I DO think they opened it up and checked it out because they forgot to secure the back piece properly and I kinda snapped in place while I was unboxing it.. I think. Samsung did listen and we did get approximately 2 week turn around on this and free shipping to them. Well, it still got hot just like before so I swapped it at BB because I am a member there and I explained to them what was going on and they listened. Just like they say when you get your membership, swap it out within the 60 days no questions. I just wanted them to know that it was getting hot (i.e. dont just put it back on the shelf). She said they would look at it and handed me a new tv. Well I got the new one to Moms and it stayed under 112 for a couple weeks and we stopped testing it. We have a 65 and a 55 they stay around 81-82 degrees all the time so you can see why I was concerned. I dont think anyone wants to admit these 32s get hotter than others, maybe others just have more real estate to dissipate. If you are looking to purchase this unit remember it will get warm. The next thing to consider is the price. This year Samsung seems to have the market all to itself which is probably why the price is way up there, Being my mom and her kitchen area it was worth it to me and the picture, albeit small, is great. Is it $500 great…?That’ll be up to you and your situation. It acts pretty much the same as the larger high end Samsungs and we are pleased with this purchase. Not a lot of local places have a 32” 4k in stock and Mom was leery about buying it off the net. We were happy that the local Best Buy stocked them. Minus one star for the excessive price. Hope this helps someone out there.

Wanted a TV for my bedroom

I wanted a 32" TV for my bedroom so that if I get tired while watching TV in the living room and want to watch TV in bed before I fall asleep, I can. I did my research and I personally liked what this TV had to offer for my needs/wants. Set up was simple and took about 60 minutes start to finish including taking it out of the box.
The home screen was a bit overwhelming at first but after searching the Users Guide for things that I had questions about or wanted to get rid of or see on my home screen the home screen became less overwhelming for me. I am still getting used to this 2024 TV as the one in my living room is a 2020.
The TV is bluetooth capable/ready so that was great and I hooked up my Bose SoundLink Flex Bluetooth speaker to it, it works great. The picture quality is great and the TV speakers sound very good too (before I paired my bluetooth speaker to it).
I found that the Users Guide is very helpful for any questions you have. I really love this TV so far (just bought it at the end of April 2024). I'm still getting used to it but so far so good. I have had zero issues with it so far thank goodness and would recommend this for anyone looking for a nice little TV for their bedroom or kids room or home office.
The TV comes with a Solar Cell Remote control and the remote is small, lol, If you buy this TV, I highly recommend getting on Samsung's website and purchasing a USB-C Power Adapter and charging cable. You will really need this to charge your remote control to 100%. It says you can charge it by leaving it in direct sunlight or light but that really does not work and if it does it takes forever. I personally went on Samsung's site and purchased a 25W Power Adapter that came with a USB-C cable and I also bought another back-up/just in case USB-C cable so that I have two on hand always.
I received my charger cable and adapter in the mail today and I immediately charged my remote to 100%. It took about 35 mins or so to get to 100% (it was at 77% before I charged it up). You can see how much life your battery has by going to your settings on your TV, then all settings, then find the one item for energy or something like that and it will show you how much life is left on your remote control battery. You do not get a charging cable or wall charger with the TV, you have to buy those separately.
I would recommend this TV.

An awesome 32" television. I have this TV in my office and view it from about 6 ft. so I don't need a large TV. The picture definition and overall quality is incredible and far superior to any set I've before. The setup was very easy and intuitive. Albeit the price point is higher than most 32" TV's out there in the marketplace. But, if you want can afford it, it's worth every penny.

I have 9 Samsung TV’s and been upgrading TV’ for over 40 years and all have been Samsung I don’t absolutely know why I seen some bad reviews except that I guess you can’t please everyone and some one is always going to say something bad. I am Absolutely thrilled with the Samsung 32" Class Q60D Series QLED 4K Smart Tizen TV! 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The picture quality is stunning, with vibrant colors and deep blacks that make every scene pop. The 4K resolution is crystal clear, making watching movies and shows an immersive experience in the kitchen, because that’s where I put this one. The Tizen smart platform is intuitive and easy to use, with a wide range of apps and seamless navigation. The design is sleek and modern, fitting perfectly in any room. Sound quality is also impressive, providing a full, rich audio experience. Highly recommend this TV for anyone looking for top-notch quality and performance! It truly is a great TV. I don’t work for Samsung or Best Buy and I was not paid for this review. It is a real review from a real consumer that’s purchase all Samsung Products

Newer Samsung TV versus older smart one.

This TV replaces an earlier smart Samsung 32” that developed a high pitch whine in the audio. The picture in general is better than the earlier one, but still does not show darker portions of the picture much better than the old TV. The menu appeared more complex but once everything got set up the HOME button on the remote gets to the desired “channel” selection screen ok. The new, audio remote is very slow and requires speaking slow and very distinct words. Luckily, the old remote with numbers works on the new TV and that is what we use. The TV is supposed to keep the audio levels consistent between different channels/devices but that is not what we have observed. The levels can change 5-10 between different “sources”.

We recently purchased the 32-inch Samsung TV, and to say we’re impressed would be an understatement. The resolution is outstanding – every image is crisp, detailed, and beautifully sharp. Whether we’re streaming shows, watching movies, or playing games, the picture quality consistently stands out.
What really caught our attention was the color reproduction. The shades are vivid, vibrant, and incredibly lifelike. The TV brings out subtle color details that we hadn't noticed before on our previous set. It’s like watching everything with a fresh pair of eyes.
Setup was simple, and the sleek design fits perfectly into our space. We were looking for a compact TV for a bedroom or smaller living room area, and this has been the perfect fit in every way. It’s not just a screen – it’s a viewing experience.
Overall, this Samsung 32-inch TV has gone above and beyond our expectations.

The small 32" TV is perfect for a bedroom entertainment cabinet. The picture is very good. It connects easily to our wi-fi network and a cable tv box. It also has several built in apps like Netflix and Prime Video. It paired easily to Bluetooth and then to Apple Play. The sound level is a bit disappointing, and I have not watched anything yet where sound tracking seems to work. Overall, a good purchase and I am well pleased with the tv.

Purchased this Samsung tv for my son for Christmas. We set it up on a wall bracket in his bedroom. Perfect size for a bedroom. Tv has been great. Easy set up, Great picture. Clear and sharp images, speaker works well and sound is good. Perfect tv for a smaller room or bedroom. So far, so good and I'd recommend.

The pitcher quality is very good. I Also had a very simple time setting up the TV with my personal apps. I just did it all on my phone. It was the easiest setup I have ever done on a television. For A 32 inch TV, the sound is adequate.

Got this TV as a birthday present. The sound, visuals, and everything is excellent. I will say that the remote control that comes with it is super delicate and easy to break (mine broke by stepping on it lightly by mistake). That’s the only downside, expect to purchase a replacement remote control for it at some point.

Very clear, bright picture. They say you don’t notice on a smaller TV, but you do. It’s a little blurry from the sides, so it’s best to be centered in front of the TV. Ideal for a bedroom.

This TV was bought to replace a much older Samsung in the kitchen that died.
The picture is great from all viewing angles, the sound is good, but the TV lacks analog input/outlet capabilities, and the remote is a worthless piece of junk.
The most annoying thing about the TV is its software; it misinterprets signal from my FiOS remote when pressing mute, and displays the accessibility screen; the only way to close it is to use the Samsung remote or turn the TV off/on.
Would I recommend this TV? Probably, but I do recommend Samsung fix the software so it works correctly with cable systems.

Previously had a Samsung 1080I TV as a monitor. When I upgraded my computer, I decided to upgrade the monitor as well. Once again, I decided on another TV as a monitor. The colors are brilliant, hues are displayed in stark contrast with each other, and screen refresh time is minimal. From box to set up was a mere five minutes and the remote is simplicity incarnate. Wonderful monitor!
