Loving it so far! The picture is terrific and I didnt know I can play xbox cloud on it (without the xbox) bonus! No regrets on my open box purchase, first time doing one .

Great picture quality. The smart tv hub aspect has had some issues, but other than that its been great.

So much better than our previous TV which was 8 Years old!! Sound and picture quality are wonderful. Geek Squad was terrific in set-up. Watching movies is a thrill now. Couldn't ask for a better system for our wall unit. Thanks to our salesman, too.

This 32" Samsung TV is a gem. It's easy to set up. The 4K picture is crisp, bright, and colorful, and the sound is decent for a TV this size. Excellent buy!

Kitchen tv, incredible quality. The basic crystal tv would have so much glare from the natural lighting coming in from the windows but now I can actually see what’s on the tv. Great price too!

We got this for our trailer. Perfect upgrade in picture quality . Remote is not intuitive but remotes are not standardized. Basically every tv mfg does not put any user testing into the remote design.

This TV is the perfect size for my bedroom. I didn't want anything too large and this is great! Picture quality and sound are perfect and I paired with my headphones for watching at night and not keeping anyone up.

Beautiful Picture! It's the 32" version screen size and fits on a desk where a larger monitor would not fit.

Love everything about this great tv.....I have it in my bedroom......only one thing, Samsung's new tiny remote control ought to have number buttons on it...the voice command often gets the instructions wrong......

TV has good picture for movies, use mainly for games so it’s solid. I would like the volume to be louder so this and a small sound bar go well

This is an excellent TV for the price. QLED is a great improvement for our viewing in a non-dark space.

This tv replaced the same 32" samsung qled. The processor is slower and they added apps that slow up turning on set. Older model was a better system. My older set had led problem in about 2 years.

It's a nice tv, but if your internet isn't top tier the features and apps on the tv are too slow to be worth it. I use my apple tv on it and then the picture quality is off a bit, but I don't like hig-def I just needed a tv that wasn't cutting off the sides of my games on my Xbox X series. If you have great internet then it's a good tv. Nice size too. Works great with external plug ins. It is WAY too bright IMO, but some might like that. I watch with the brightness all the way down at night and max 10 during the day. But it's super crisp!

This 32” Samsung Smart TV is everything it promised to be! Brilliant sharp color… easy to setup and operate!

Solid tv for open box price. For the retail price though there are better options. Brightness level is good, but hard to see with window glare during the day. Colors are vibrant, but overall picture quality is mid range compared to the stated resolution. Also hdmi inputs are very finnicky and the UI for input selection as "connected devices" is not very user friendly.

Great picture-we love it. Ordered online and picked up at the store. It took 6 minutes and we were on our way.
